This exit has been closed for many many years to prevent this very thing. This resulted in many residents having difficulty entering and exiting their driveways. The neighborly approach would have been to request agreement from the neighborhood prior to the event. Not very Christlike in my opinion.

They play christian music every day at noon for 4 to 5 minutes with winchester chimes at 9, 12, 3 and 5. We can live with the winchester chimes but the christian music every day at such a loud volume is annoying for the neighborhood they reside in. They said they had a meeting with the decons about the issue but neighbors later found out no such meeting occured. They lied to us and I guess love thy neighbor isn't a thing anymore.
