This agency did an acceptable job of administering my account until they changed my account manager. From that point forward, service declined dramatically. My coverage was degraded, and was eventually terminated.
In attempting to resolve the mistakes they had made, there was no evidence of problem-solving on their part, just an insistence that they are always right, and that the customer is generally ignorant.
