His team laid grounding and an underground conduit under the hot tub pavers so it was all ready for hookup by the hot tub delivery team and electrician. The design looks fantastic and functions very well! The Lemwoods team was a pleasure to work with, professional, timely, and good value. The total project was done in two phases. The patio and half of the walkway were completed 5 years ago. After I removed an old deck, the stairs and other half of the walkway were completed in April this year. I was so pleased with the first portion that I knew I could trust them to add the second phase years later. I wish I had them do the whole thing years ago. Quality and craftsmanship are superb. They're all over gp and my friend got a quote from them in the Bloomfield area so they seem to cover a lot of area. I think she said she talked to a Christopher and he sounded busy and next 2 times she called he was out of town, she ended up going elsewhere. Growing up we always had Darrel visiting and he was the most helpful guy. He really knew his stuff and went the extra mile for customers if there was a problem, always super helpful even if they couldnt get through at the office, he answered and seemed to like his job. Vern did the best christmas lights! Hope hes still around... honestly the best. A girl Jenna? Jen? Did them once when he wasnt available and they were sloppy. The secretaries never seemed to know much. The younger current guys always seem rushed and unhappy and the lawn crew has been off their game the past couple years and they always make a mess. My parents said they recently have had nice guys come by... a middle eastern/Lebanese? guy and a bearded guy who are great... not sure on their names. Not service like they used to have. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company.
