To GFL Environmental Houston South Branch: June 15, 2024 my trash was not emptied, but all my other neighbors' trash was emptied (Stone Creek Ranch Subdivision, Hockley, TX.). I honestly do not know the reason why I was singled out, trash can was not half full. As a retired disabled veteran who have served this country for 30 years of my best life, and I have dedicated my life helping others also as a retired RN. I would like to think getting my trash emptied ever to be an issue. To the company and/or employee If there is something I did, said, or how I may have offended you, please tell me so this issue may be finally resolved. GFL is amazing, Previously WCA. Ever since the switch i've gotten perfect service in my neighborhood.

Horrible company that doesn't know what they are doing. Trash wasn't picked up on Saturday in my entire neighborhood and they didn't even know it. The first number I called I guess wasn't a number that could help me and the woman hung up on me. Very rude, but I guess that's okay to do to your customers! read more

Can you give less than a star ? Please take the time to read what the neighborhood page says about your lack of service . Everywhere I look in the neighborhood trash isnt picked up . It is not our job to prove we payed , it is your job to know who payed , and pick up the trash. Hopefully we will get a new provider very soon read more

This is company is a joke. Apparently, a RUG isn't considered normal household garbage. So, they just won't take the trash. I only put the trash out once every two weeks because we don't produce much. To say I'm pissed is an understatement. There are better ways to handle this. I will be calling WESTON MUD to complain also. read more

I have lived at our residence for 18 years and have gone thru several waste companies and WCA has to be the worst when it comes to customer service. They hire illegals to drive and collect the debris who are the rudest. My couch has been on the curb for a month and each time that my wife speaks to the driver, he says that he doesn't know anything about picking up couches. WCA customer service personnel are no help either, offering no solutions. I wish that we had a different company collecting our debris! read more

Horrible company to deal with. They regularly forget our trash and miss the entire week. After finally getting in touch with someone was told they just got busy and forgot. I have heard other things from neighbors. Who knows. What I do know is they don't come when they are suppose to. read more
