Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Long wait times on-hold then transferred to voice mailbox that is either full or message is not returned. We have no choice as to our garbage pick-up service - but our HOA does - will be contacting them to review/cancel our entire contract. End result is they one lose one customer - they will lose an entire sub-division! read more

It's been over 2 months and this "company" still hasn't repaired my trash can. The wheels have been broken and they claim to have fixed the issue numerous times, but haven't! I've asked to speak to managers, and they NEVER are available. NEVER! I've tried numerous times, on numerous hours of the day! I've called corporate office and now they don't even answer. HORRIBLE Customer Service. Month after month they do not pick up on the scheduled date. No phone calls, no nothing. I call and repeatedly am told it will be escalated and my account manager will call me back. I have never got a call from an account manager. As of today they are 6 days behind on picking up my dumpster. I have called 4 times in the past 3 days and promised it would be picked up. It is still full. I was told if i needed a credit, I would have to speak to my account manager, and still no word from them. The driver generally pulls up and has nothing but attitude if he has to open the gate to empty the dumpster. Complete Dissatisfaction in this service. read more

WCA Waste Corporation is the most terrible trash service company we have ever had. The trash-truck driver(s) operating the hydraulic arm on their truck so uncontrolled and rough that pieces of trash ended up on the street. They did not clean the spilled pieces of trash laying in front of our driveway. When they release the trashcan with the hydraulic arm they literally launched the bin which lands upside down in the ditch. It looks like it is the sport to shoot it as far they can. After they 'serviced' our neighborhood I have to zig-zag around the trashcans laying in the street. They also drive like maniacs, I guess the faster they finished their route, the faster they can go home. After we complained about this at their very rude 'customer service' they started to not take our trash anymore forcing us to go to other dumpsters to get rid of it. Hopefully this will make people think twice before signing a service agreement with this company. read more

They refuse to pick up 10 bathroom floor tiles, that have been at the curb side for a month. I have less trash then most neighbors. Yesterday they picked up neighbors desk, huge dresser, bed and bed frame, but left my 10 10x10 tiles. I called and they told me they only pick up house hold waste, what do they think 10 tiles are. I have resorted to putting up a large sign plywood sign at the curb beside the tiles saying WCA SUCKS, ITS BEEN A MONTH! read more

This companies service is unacceptable. Since February I have been trying to get them to pick up on a regular basis. It took us 5 months just to get them to pick up the recycle. It went ok for two weeks, then they were back to not picking up the recycle. I can't say that trash pick up has been any better. I have contacted everyone from VP's to office personnel, and for some reason the services they provide seem to be a problem. It's a no brainer. You never can get a reason for the lack of service. One district manager stated he couldn't figure out what the problem was. If upper management can't figure it out, who can. HOA's, communities needs to pull their contracts with this company, because we are paying a monthly fee for services we aren't getting. I have been dealing with the billing department for over 18 months. They never fulfilled their contract so I closed my account. They kept billing me. I have made over 20 phone calls which they never return. (both on a local level as well as corporate). I have also emailed with no response either. I contacted the BBB which they wrote me back stating the company did not respond to them either. So today I find out they have hit my credit. Absolutely RIDICULOUS at this point. Christmas Eve and WCA has so far TWICE in a row not picked up our trash. We put it out with everyone else and we come back later and mostly eveyone's trash is empty, ours is not. Our bill is paid and current. Now there is trash overflowing the container, I've re-bagged all the smaller bags into large lawn an leaf bags to make it easier to pick up and they still just drove right past it. I went outside and took pictures of the truck so I would know at least that much to tell the company, Truck #361386 for what its worth. I've called the MUD emergency line and left a message with someone but I fully expect absolutely nothing to happen. This happens at least once a month and because I'm not going to drag all the now super rotten trash back into the house to summon a swarm of ants and roaches and mice, I get fined $100 a day by the HOA for having this crap in front of my house. Best part about it, the crew saw me taking pictures of their truck, circled back around to our house, parked, revved their engine, got out of the truck, looked at the trash then got back in and drove away. You pay for services quarterly in advance and the company does not provide the services. When you call to speak to someone, they demand your address. Well, if I hadn't already called multiple times because they YET AGAIN haven't picked up my trash, I wouldn't be so angry for paying for services NOT received AGAIN and AGAIN. When you ask to speak to a manager, you can't get passed the person who finally answers the phone after 20-25 rings and being left on hold for over 15 minutes. If / when they do pick up, they leave the trash can in the middle of the driveway so you can't pull in to get off the road. Their customer service / communication with the customer (other than billing you for more $$) is rated as 000. These were all things they said they would do before we agreed to pay for their services. read more

WCA's waste management services for residential pick up is absolutely awful! They fail to pick up trash skipping either the whole neighborhood, or individual homes. When you call customer service it takes a hold time of over 20 minutes if you ever get connected to a live person. Then they say we don't know what happened, say they will email dispatch and call you back. Never, never happens. In my 30 some years of paying for trash service this company is the absolute worse. I have never had to even think about my trash before except to remember to roll out the can to the curb. Unbelievable to me. I tried to call the corporate office in Houston. Was transferred to a manager Rosiland Sanchez. I left two voicemails no return calls. Now I am simply trying to cancel my service and lodge a complaint, and seriously can't even do that because no one is answering phones. If you have any other choice. dO NOT use this company! read more
