Richard Brown did our home inspection for a new home purchase. This is our first home purchase, but…read morehe helped us to understand the ins and outs of our future home. He used IR scan inside the home and drone for outside of the home. In his inspection report he included TONS of information and pictures. Even though I know nothing personally about homes he was able to give me and my husband enough information to understand better- he also came out for reinspection due to certain utilities being off. He was running a $50 discount at the time which we were lucky to have, but by far for the price he beat EVERYONE and was much more relatable, fast, efficient than anyone else we had called for a quote. After speaking to him the first time I know he was the person to go with. He even was able to schedule for THE NEXT DAY for us! He walked through the home with my husband and talked him through everything as well. Would recommend him 100% to anyone else in the future! We will definitely use him again ourselves.
