I could spend hours in this store rummaging in the corners, going through boxes, and discovering badass treasure all day! J&H fixed it right away. Now, in 2025, the old vacuum just kept running while the switch was in the "off" position. So, back to J&H I go. My contact data was still in their system, and they knew they fixed that switch 9 years ago! This time a small plastic slider just wore out in the switch. A new switch and labor for less than $27.00 and the old vacuum might go for another 9 years, ha-ha!
