So, i'm super allergic to cats. I went in to see Dr. Kalish and got allergy testing done. Turns out, I'm one of those weird kids that's allergic to like everything in nature plus cats. I got prescribed some pills and shots and now I have my sweet little kitty, Sarah Joy living with me in my apartment :) I'm a happy camper. On a more clinical note, the nurses are fantastic that work here. I come in twice a week to get shots, and the nurses are just so incredibly polite and nice. The waiting room is large so you don't have to sit next to the obnoxious child whose parent is too wrapped up in their texting or whatever to discipline. Trust me, it's a blessing to be able to sit on the other side of a large waiting room and avoid the whole situation.

He changed my medications, which made a world of difference. I have not had a case of strep in the last two years, and not a single sinus infection in the last year and a half. An added bonus was Dr. Kauffman was friendly and listened in each one of my visits. I felt like he truly cared and that he was always honest with me. I appreciated his candor and bedside manner. I was offered to see the PA instead but I declined because Dr Kalish has been my physician for so long and after being diagnosed with asthma and severe allergies to pollen, I wanted to continue under his care. Without informing me, my appointment was changed and I was notified that my appointment was in fact, with the PA. The receptionist informed me that Dr Kalish had scheduled that change without my knowledge. Upon trying to make a different appointment to see him, she said she couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't change it again. Clearly, one NO LONGER HAS THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHO YOU SEE AT THIS PRACTICE!!!!

The office would not let me make an appointment until David reviewed the referral. I waited 4 weeks for them to contact me. No response, I called on 12-23-25 and was told by Haley (who answered the phone) David decided not to take me as a patient (I'm assuming my case was too complicated for him). I spoke to Laura (I think was the nurse) asking for a date David sent back the referral to Dr. Sulaiman, Haley and Laura, both told me they have no record of sending the referral back! Dr. Sulaiman would have contacted me ASAP as he is the kind of doctor that does not ignore any medical issues! I have no problem with David not wanting to take my case (at this point I surely don't want to be a patient of theirs) but do have a problem that no one from his office contacting me to inform me of his decision!

Dr. Carroll determined that allergies were not the main cause of my son's condition, but he recognized that something was not right. Dr. Carroll recommended a nasal CT scan which showed a structural sinus problem. While this surgery was not in Dr. Carroll's area of expertise, his diligence allowed the true root cause of my son's condition to be revealed. I feel horrible for putting my daughter through a year of not feeling 100% and not knowing about Dr. Burton sooner. We have seen Dr. Burton at every visit. There is very little wait when we go. She talks to the patient when asking how they feel. She explains to parents how the kids should feel 100%, not a constant 80%. My daughter required surgery and from scheduling it to it taking place, it was seamless. Dr. Burton came and spoke to me while my child was in recovery to explain everything that happened during the procedure and next steps. She is very straight forward which is great. It allows me to be the parent b/c she tells you exactly what you need to do to get your child better.

Just that something is blocking his little voice box creating a wheezing sound. When trying to find parking - do not be alarmed ! You can park in the CHOA parking deck. It's the first building you walk up to directly across the street from the hospital and I might add very convenient location! When inside- it can be very confusing. There are like 2/3 lobbies. They have you come back then go back to one of the lobbies. The doctor was very nice however she didn't introduce herself, in fact I wasn't even sure if she was a doctor or PA. She just asked why we were there. She did explain what strider was, explain what they were looking and hoping to see, and then next steps. They stuck a camera down my 7 month olds nose. It was less than 30 seconds but understand that I as an adult wouldn't want a camera down my nose ! Oh gosh. It was a lot because it looked huge. The treatment plan was great. His was a mild case and would clear up as he grew older. We were able to move on with our lives and call it a day. It felt like an overpacked clinic for people with state insurance. But I was treated fairly so I will leave it at that. Due to location and service received - I would most likely go again if needed but know that I will be looking around with my judgemental eyes

I have seen several doctors who have told me that it was normal but I don't talk or feel normal. She is the first person who has listened and taken blood tests and sent me to an ent. The office experience was pleasant. I love going there enough to make her my go to doctor if the insurance company approves. The skill level of the staff is next to none. They do all of their infusions and shots in the office.
