There were not a lot of reviews although they were all 5 stars. I've had about 4 sessions for what may be an injury that may be result of my football playing days. I was a little apprehensive to come here although right from the start Erica at the front desk and Hussein the physical therapist were extremely customer friendly and professional. Although it's early, I'm confident Hussein will help me get past this injury. I can tell by his interactions with my self and other customers that he is well liked by all. Hussain shows genuine care and his process and home exercises seem to be working. It's a small space although that allows the experience to be more personal. It's clean, everyone is wearing a mask and they take precautions for the COVID-19 pandemic seriously. There are a few machines for exercising other items such as stretch bands exercise balls, etc. I've observed they are sanitizing between patients, they have sanitizer at the ready and the office is well lit. Currently hours are limited to Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday's. I would highly recommend Hussein and Northway Physical Therapy for any physical therapy needs. Hopefully I will not have to make therapy a habit although if I have to come here I'm confident the experience will be a great one.

The physical therapists were very kind to her and often discussed not only her injuries but her over all wellbeing. She often expressed to me that she didn't realize how much pain she had actually been experiencing until she was no longer feeling it. I am very thankful that we have them as a resource in the area. They made sure that when my daughter returned to her normal activities she was actually stronger than before her injury.

I contacted this office in a professional capacity to clarify information on a medical certification form completed by Gregory Trahtenberg, Physical Therapist. The form had been completed hastily, and his last name was written so illegibly that I could not accurately determine it. My purpose for calling was simply to obtain clarification and a fax number so that I could assist our mutual patient. When I called the number provided on the form, I was repeatedly interrupted before I could explain the reason for my call. Mr. Trahtenberg asked who I was, where I was calling from, and who I was calling for, interrupting my responses each time. When I stated that I was calling for Gregory and could not make out the last name written on the form, he immediately responded, "If you can't read, maybe you should go back to elementary school," and then hung up on me. What made this interaction even more surprising was that Mr. Trahtenberg appears to speak English as a second language. As someone who likely understands the challenges that can arise in communication, I would have expected a greater degree of patience, professionalism, and courtesy rather than ridicule and insults. This was not a personal call. It was a professional inquiry regarding documentation that he himself had completed. Regardless of the circumstances, there is no justification for speaking to another person in such a demeaning and disrespectful manner. Healthcare providers are entrusted with treating patients with professionalism, compassion, and respect. Based on this interaction, I have serious concerns about the level of professionalism demonstrated by this provider. If this is how legitimate professional inquiries are handled, I would be hesitant to trust this office with my healthcare needs. I would strongly encourage prospective patients to consider this experience when deciding where to seek care.
