I messaged this company to find out some rates they immediately called me back and we're very professional and kind and understanding and in my opinion was very helpful. He told me to send him a picture of my stuff that I wanted hauled away and that he would get back to me and let me know the price and he told me he can do it today. So I sent him the picture and immediately he told me how much the price was and I told him about how much money I had which was not the amount of the price it was lower than that and he work with me and I thought that was pretty cool cuz it was a lot of junk I had to have thrown away. I don't know what the other person went through having their stuff moved and give this guy a bad review I don't know how in the heck anybody can give this man a bad review because he was as sweet as pie and he was out there really fast and he let me know before he got to the gate he called and text me very professional and I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the way that I was treated when he got there and as fast as he was he did it by himself he got in there he got all my stuff out within 10 minutes and it was a lot of junk. very unsatisfied, stay clear for reasons in my other comments below and dishonest!!!!!, they called and begged me to change my review and then went to someone else 6 days ago to leave a favorable review and have the gentlemen undermine my review but my review was true and correct!!! stay clear as i mentioned they gouge walls removing things and claimed to be movers as well but since our furniture was destroyed because of their helping us move, now deny they never said they moved people, my husband will also tell you the same that they flat out lied!! i smelled something and without my permission i found them smoking marijuana and then they left to run a load to the dump and then to our storage facility!! therefore i assume the reason for our damage and they are driving under the influence while on the job high on marijuana. i did not see the damage in storage until after the fact and were paid a good amount in cash to destroy and scratch up and literally destroy all our furniture including our antiques. they called to beg if i would take down my comments and that they would haul our furniture to the dump fir free if i did, not caring that they destroyed our valuables because they were working while high on marijuana and who knows what else!!! stay clear and go elsewhere!! they will deny the truth of my comment, but i speak truthfully as i am not vindictive but literally did not believe what i saw in the storage unit until my husband went over first and brought it to my attention!! they take cash only as i am sure they do not declare all their income with their dishonesty and lack of integrity!!! beware due to the marijuana issue as you do not want them fabricating you gave it to them if they were in an accident!!! stay clear!! but if you still choose to use them, ask for licenses if you do for whatever reason, consumer please beware!!! and i speak to let all consumers know what they should not being doing on the job whether garbage or moving!! you get what you pay for with them, damaged walls, etc etc!!
