Wanted to write another GREAT review on a company I just used today. I had half a garage full of rotted wood (yes from this dump of a home we were fraudulently sold), mattress set, old large toys, TONS of junk. While I usually use JunkPatrol, they could not beat the price of Mr. Picker Upper, and since this house ruined us financially, I have to go with the best price around, so Mr. Picker Upper was hired Dave showed up promptly, was here for literally 22 minutes and even swept out my garage floor which I was not expecting him to do. I can't say enough good things about Dave and his crew. They were punctual, hard working, and delivered exactly what we discussed. Dave was very responsive to phone calls and text messages, making it very easy to work with him. Every one on Dave's crew was friendly and willing to do whatever needed to be done to clean up. We hired them to remove old heavy furniture, televisions (the old kind with 4" glass screens that are incredibly heavy), and a bunch of trash (incredibly dirty with rat droppings and other gross stuff).
