One of the nicest course I've ever played at. For Arizona it definitely lives up to its name as being a top 5 course. The service was fantastic too. The cart girl was very kind and present, the cart boys were extremely tending to clubs and bags, and the overall service of the staff was extremely friendly. Despite my score being below-average, We-Ko-Pa Golf Club is the opposite!

Always excellent! My personal favorite is Saguro. My husband and I coming back here every quarter to play! What a fun, interesting, challenging but well kept course! No houses! Just views and pure enjoyment!

Played Sagauro at We-Ko-Pa. The staff was super friendly and grounds were well maintained. Every hole offered beautiful views and excellent tee boxes. We saw the friendly cart girls twice, and the landscapers stayed out of our way. Carts looked brand new, with comfortable leather seats that even had constrast stitching. Cart's GPS system and Bluetooth speakers worked well. Their carts even have club-cleaning brushes and a ball-cleaning dip tank! And if course, the cart cooler was full of ice and stocked with 4 bottles of water. The food was pretty good. Pro shop has plenty of hats and anything you might need. Bathrooms are very clean and stocked with both lotion and sunscreen pump bottles. 10/10 would recommend and would play again. This course felt really laid back; like the starter didn't give us any instructions, and the pace of play was on the slower end even though we were keeping up with the group ahead. We weren't in a rush though, and we were more than happy to take in the perfect weather and lovely sights.

This course is absolutely breathtaking. We played the Cholla course and were blown away! The fairway was absolutely pristine and the greens were well taken care of. Similarly to many high end courses, they have unlimited balls at the driving range, a very nice short game / putting area and top of the line golf carts with built in GPS range finders. The big draw of this course is that you really are golfing in the desert, there are no big homes right next to you on the course! While there are no big houses, there are plenty of animal homes! We saw javelinas, bobcats, coyotes and more! This was such a unique experience; it really felt like we were out in the middle of the desert by ourselves. The staff were all very friendly and nice, and the clubhouse, dining room and bathrooms were all exceptionally clean. I highly recommend golfing here for a true desert golf experience!

Played both courses in early September - some of the best golf I've ever experienced. Each course is unique and they play completely different (I slightly preferred Cholla). Both days we had early tee times and were some of the first groups out. Never felt rushed or like we were waiting for the group in front of us. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. We stopped by the WeKoPa Grille right next to the clubhouse for lunch after our round and were pleasantly surprised with the meals. Definitely plan on playing again next time I'm in the Scottsdale area.

As part of a business conference, we were staying at the We-Ko-Pa resort and our annual golf scramble was held at this golf course. I've seen many nice golf course and being in the southeast area, I've been to Augusta, Pinehurst and Harbourtown. This was one of, if not the, best golf courses I'd ever played. The course features Calloway for rentals even though I brought my own Calloways (If I'd known, I would have rented). They also provide a bag of Calloway balls to our group. The golf carts have GPS as well as a sound system for music. The overall layout is quite challenging. The fairways were perfect. The grass is so thick and well kept, I don't think it's possible to take a divot. It's almost like astroturf. The greens were well maintained and nearly impossible to stick----quite fast. Well designed and maintained. Bravo. The beverage cart ladies were very friendly and seemed to be always available. I would love to do it again when I can must play my own ball. When you return, the staff is very friendly and takes great care of your clubs. Great scenery and wildlife. I'd never seen Javolinas on a golf course before. Even the road runners seemed trusting.

Played here with a group of friends for a golf trip and hands down it was THE BEST!! The staff was amazing when we pulled up and was a great welcome to the beautiful course! Although it was crazy hot outside, all the employees had positive attitudes and made us feel welcome. The course is in great condition with the extreme heat and we had to play cart path only because it had rained heavily the night before but more steps for us lol it was a tough course but totally worth it! Highly recommend to everyone to play if you're out in AZ!!

Played Saguaro with a buddy and wow what a great golf course! The facilities are first class with an excellent practice area to warm up before your round. Food at the restaurant was good but not great. The Saguaro course was in perfect condition. Tee boxes, fairways and greens were immaculate. The course was beautiful and had a very fun layout with views throughout. The course was challenging but also very forgiving in an areas making it quite playable. I can't wait to try the other course cholla and I look forward to playing Saguaro again.

Was here for an event. Breakfast sandwiches were good with a nice assortment of juices. Nice courses and many coyotes should be visible.

It's a brand new casino with no electric car charging stations. It's kind of a big deal when it's way out in the middle of nowhere.

First, credit where credit is due: * Greens, fairways, and bunkers are in really good condition. * They cleaned up a lot of the rough which has helped pace of play tremendously. Losing fewer balls = happier golfers. * The new putting green is HUGE and honestly beautiful. * Food is surprisingly excellent for a golf course. * Service is solid. * Golf carts are modern, comfortable, and equipped with rangefinders, which is a fantastic touch. Now for the "constructive criticism" portion of the round card: 1. The driving range needs CPR. Please install a net along the right side so golfers can actually hit drivers without fear of launching Pro V1s into neighboring living rooms. Also... the range balls appear to have entered service sometime during the Roosevelt Administration. Some are so worn smooth they look like practice musket balls. 2. The giant new putting green is awesome... ...but maybe add actual HOLES to putt at? Right now it feels like putting toward decorative yard flags at a wedding venue. 3. The men's restroom needs a serious refresh. New tile, countertops, sinks, and maybe a few air fresheners would go a long way. I've seen interstate gas stations with more luxurious accommodations. 4. Please fix the water/ice machine outside the clubhouse. It has seemingly been broken since Tiger Woods was using a Nike SasQuatch driver. Overall: This place is VERY close to being outstanding. The golf course itself is fun and in good shape, and management clearly is investing money into improvements. Fix the few glaring issues above and this place could become one of the better overall golf experiences around.

Why play here when you can play a premium course in the Valley for a few bucks more but at least they offer you enough water to stay hydrated and not pass out while you're golfing. Adj: Fancy and Fun at Fountain Park…read more So while on a trip to AZ, we came to this park kind of on a whim because we were staying in Fountain Hills. It was close to the hotel we stayed at and I read some great things about this park and my kids loved playgrounds, so off we go. It's been redone so it did not always look so fancy schmancy, but let me tell you this town and neighborhood is quite well to do so I think the funding is not lacking. The park is right next to the man-made lake which is made famous because of the fountain that goes off multiple times every day! But back to the park, the playground really is fun. There's things to climb, slide down, run onto, jump up and down on, and even a zip-line like thing that was kind of scary for me (yes, I'm a scaredy cat). My kids had a great time on that thing and my son in particular went crazy on it going back and forth multiple times. Overall, this is a great park, the playground alone is worth a visit, but then there's covered seating area not far from the playground, and right next to that there's a musical section where you can hit on different metallic objects to make music! My kids really had fun w/those things. There are benches for parents to chill after exertions on the play structure. The view of the lake is nice from anywhere at the park too. Lovely and enjoyable. We would love to visit again.
