After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.

This review is about a new service that they offered us when they noticed our patio was getting fairly dirty. They offered to pressure wash the porch, which was great since I keep my grill there and it gets grease on the floor under it. 5 Stars for fantastic pressure washing services with attention to detail!…read more Someone from Spotless EverClean dropped off their business card a few months back (they were working on a neighbor's house) and we were finally in need of pressure washing, so we reached out. Scheduling was easy and we didn't have to prep at all. The two-person team moved all of our outdoor furniture and plants to prep the walls with some kind of bleach-like liquid. They also took all the screens off the windows. After that they got to washing. They spent almost the entire day working on the exterior of our house, the sidewalks, the pavers, and the windows and holy moly were we impressed when they were done! Everything was spotless and everything was moved back into place. They were even able to get some hard-to-clean pavers that usually flood with mud from the surrounding grass when I've tried to pressure wash them myself. Overall I would highly recommend this team and will be contracting them to pressure wash at least yearly from now on.
