I ordered 3 pairs of tights (one opaque and two fishnet). They shipped and arrived fairly quickly, and the selection on the website was very extensive, but that's where the positives end. These are not quality tights at all. The very first time I wore them, the opaque tights I got started to pill where the tops of my shoes rubbed them. There are also very few size options. Definitely not adequate. The fit isn't good. I'm only 5'2" but they're too short even for me. The fishnets don't have toe caps so my toes kept sliding through, and they didn't form to the bend at the top of the ankle. The waistbands are thin and roll easily... uncomfortable. Received my awesome fishnet stockings & tried them on for the first time to see if they would be comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Like my other fishnets, I wear a basic nude pantyhose first before I put the fishnets on so my toes don't poke out of the holes. The quality of these nets are sturdier than the ones I usually buy with Leg Avenue, they're very comfortable & not at all itchy on the skin. I tried them without the nude pantyhose & was pleasantly surprised at how I forgot I was even wearing them! I'm happy that these also had a better fit since I'm very curvy around the hip area, and I felt that I there was still a lot of room in them & they didn't feel like they were constricting any part of my leg or upper torso. Just before I clicked on the 'submit' button, I decided to check the Yelp reviews and wow, I almost didn't place my order. I'm sorry to see that some of you have had issues. I was looking for a leotard of a particular color to go with my Halloween costume and We Love Colors offered such a range of colors at a reasonable price that this was really my only option. I mean, where else was I going to find a Rust colored tank leotard for $22? It just so happened that the leotard I wanted was in stock (I was told this on the ordering website before I submitted my order) and would ship the next day, which it did. Based on previous comments I was really nervous, but the quality was better than I had expected, but I am also not using this for a performance/recital. My only advice to those who also see these reviews is to plan ahead. If your item isn't in stock then you might want to have a plan B. Somewhere between my home and the train station I took a massive tumble. Snow on the ground is not my friend. I fell straight forward and ended up face first on the ground. In addition to being in pain and soaked from the snow, I was already dreading taking in the state of my tights. I fell on jagged ice/concrete sidewalk and was convinced it was going to be a wrap for these tights. I expected runs and holes and destruction. I was wholly mistaken. After brushing off the excess snow/ice I saw that the tights were in one piece! Perfect condition! I've never been more delightfully surprised by a piece of plus size clothing. Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of socks, Baby Blue & Sky Blue. I contacted their customer service to inform them that they sent me Aqua instead of Sky Blue, so the sent out a replacement package. It contained Baby Blue... When I contacted them to get the replacement corrected they almost sent me a pair of Aqua, but luckily I caught the mistake and got it corrected. I noted with these people on two different occassions that I needed to have the order by that date. Please note the order was placed on 3/21 and estimated to ship on 3/26. My order didnot ship until Friday NIGHT APRIL 6 after 6p.m. There was no way that order would arrive by Saturday as promised on 2 seperate occasions. 17 days to even ship with no call about a possible delay, really. The remedy from the company was to send the package back whenever it comes and THEN they will refund my money. Damn skippy I want my money back and you take back your crap. Terrible items and the WORST customer service!!!! Order placed on April 10. On April 26, I was notified that there was a delay. They sent the first half of my order though. But I got a huge customs fee (that no one told me about...) that covered the FULL order, not just the part that I received. On May 31, I was notified that there was still a delay. One June 5, I was notified there was still a delay. I sent an email asking about the delay and got a response on June 11. I was told they were ready to go in 1-2 days. On July 6, I still had not received the items. They claimed Fed-Ex tried to deliver the items although they hadn't. I have been living in my apartment for over a year, haven't changed my phone number in three years - I'm not sure who to blame, Fed-Ex or the company. Regardless, I still didn't get it. After confirming my address on July 8, they stopped emailing me. On July 17, I was told they had already sent a replacement. I confirmed that I had not received the replacement and that I was still waiting on it. On July 30, I had to follow up again because I hadn't received any of the items or a refund. I was apparently emailing with the "manager" Jonathan Gutierrez who was unable to check my account on his end (I had to send him a screenshot) and who was unable to pull up my previous emails. I had to forward them multiple times to the customer service email. I was told they would look into the issue and get back to me. This was two days ago. I have yet to receive my items, or receive a refund. I would think they'd refund me for shipping, the items I didn't receive, and the customs fee I paid for items that I didn't receive. But I haven't heard back and I am seriously considering reporting them for fraud or something. They are unprofessional and I would NOT recommend dealing with them! read more

i'm only giving this company 1 star because i have to give them something. for starters their color chart is completely off. don't expect to get the color you see in the swatches. also, if you want something that isn't covered in disgusting stains, once again, don't expect to get it. I received a unitard with stains on the front and back. Not only was it unwearable but more importantly I have no idea what the stains were from, I can't imagine it was hygienic. But my biggest complaint is that it has been over FOUR weeks since they received my return and I have yet to be refunded. They claim their system is down and they are doing the refunds by hand. The kicker is they say they have orders that are older than mine that have to be processes first. So I'm to accept that it'll take over a month, maybe two, for them to return my money to me. This is completely unacceptable for a company. If they have a day or two with issues with their return system I can accept that but clearly they are doing nothing to fix it. After THREE weeks of waiting for my return they told me they would process my return ASAP. Over a week is not ASAP in my terms. Seriously people DO NOT use them. You will regret it. Trust me. I had heard great things about their products but they could have the best products on earth and I would never ever use them based off of their customer service, or lack there of, and the company in general.
