Don't buy anything from this store!!! I bought a pair of limited edition Adidas in SEPTEMBER because they were only in stock at this boutique online, and it's been a nightmare! I wish I never ordered from here! My package wasn't delivered to my house, I contacted them, they were so SLOW to reply and ghosted me multiple times. I reached out several times and would receive no reply, until they finally told me in OCTOBER to fill out a form for insurance and they would assist me. I filled the form out late because I was in Mexico traveling, and then sent it back when I got home and again no reply for weeks, until I messaged them on Instagram and received a rude attitude from whoever runs their page. They were literally trying to tell me off and clock it when they're just being rude and unprofessional. They constantly told me someone would reach out to me and no one ever did. I've literally never been treated like a criminal before with a package going missing, even Bottega sent me a replacement when the Fedex worker delivered my package to the wrong house... This treatment is ghetto and embarrassing for this business. Whoever runs this company is unprofessional and is literally blaming me for my package not being delivered to me and telling me to figure it out myself. read more

Bought a pair of On Cloud Novas that were different color in the pic than the ones I receive. Nbd I'll just return them. Wrong. Sent them back and got zero response. Sent numerous Emails, no response. Called their number no answer and mailbox full. At this point I am out $160.000. Terrible customer service!!! I bought online a pair of sneakers for my husband and they didn't fit, and since then it's been a nightmare to get a refund! Initially I had to fill out a form and wait until I receive and answer from them and once I did the only option they offered was a store credit! After some emails going back and forth they offered a refund once they received the shoes back. I sent the shoes back July 2nd ( I had to pay for the return by the way), and as of today, July 13th, I'm still waiting for my money Never EVER buy anything online from this store!! read more

Customer service- zero stars. Value for customers zero. Tried to exchange a pair of shoes received as a gift for a bigger size. They didn't have them in the store and they couldn't order them in any other size. (Really???) All they could offer was store credit. Literally they offered NO help in finding a solution. The employee who attended to us had no idea and she could do and her "manager" offered no help either. Literally they could care less when I asked what I could do. Don't shop here. I concur that this store has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online. One of them that I received was the WRONG pair, which were less expensive than the pair I purchased. Incredibly, the store wouldn't credit me the difference (the pair they sent was actually nice, and I considered keeping them) or even send me the correct pair. I got them on sale for a good price and it's really irritating that there was no compromising. This was 100% their error, and they made no effort to make situation better. Their only solution was to return them, so I did. This store would rather lose a $700 sale than credit me $35...unbelievable. read more

Ordered a New Balance windbreaker for my brother, for his work. He was super excited to get it and when he opened the box it was a Puma windbreaker. Some complete moron really couldn't take the extra second to make sure he was picking the right item. Receipt says what I ordered. This isn't acceptable. The distribution center has multiple verification methods that they failed to act upon. In the end, my brother gets the bad experience though, while I pay for it. read more

They are really shady and greedy and if you read the reviews of real customers its pretty obvious. Worst customer service ever!! I got my sneakers as a gift from my boyfriend and the process to return and use my credit has been a nightmare. They misinform their clients...called the brickell store and I was told my "online credit" can be converted to an "in store credit." Then I spoke to JP who I guess is part of the online aspect of the store and said that it's not true that I have to use my credit online when they have 2 stores in Miami but their online store and their actual retail stores are different. Offered no type of help. When emailing he takes days to respond. Was never told that the return shipping would be deducted from my credit and Also it's ridiculous how you have a online credit but when you go purchase the shoes they don't let you use the credit for the shipping so you have to pay for the shipping apart! I'm sure the sneakers I bought are probably cheaper elsewhere! This store is ridiculous I don't even know how they're still up and running!
