This company if full of CROOKS. Brooke completely took advantage of us. We told her multiple times that we were already late for another appointment, and she completely ignored it. Then she asked for my Social Security number, claiming it was "for a payment plan," but never disclosed that it was actually for a third-party loan application. She never showed us the actual agreement either just sugarcoated the entire process. This company is full of incompetent people who only care about taking people's money and clearly do not care about their customers whatsoever. Extremely disappointing experience after being a client for nearly 10 years. My wife was signed up for a membership by an associate named Brooke using my debit card and at no point were the financing agreement, cancellation terms, or potential credit implications properly explained. We later discovered this was not a normal membership at all, but a third-party financing arrangement disguised as one. What makes this even more absurd is that we have memberships with several other local businesses for services like spray tans and IV therapy and have never once been pushed into financing through a third-party company just to receive basic cosmetic services. Even better, the card attached to the payment plan was apparently immediately "deactivated" by the finance company, confirmed via text, yet somehow there was still little to no effort made to contact the actual cardholder before allowing the account to become delinquent and negatively impact credit. When I attempted to resolve the issue and simply cancel the membership, the response from the membership department was robotic, dismissive, and completely devoid of any accountability or customer care. After nearly a decade of business with this company, their position was essentially: "Too bad." After reading through other reviews, it's obvious this is not an isolated experience. The number of complaints involving misleading memberships, billing problems, and refusal to work with customers is alarming. At this point, I would strongly caution anyone considering a service or membership here to read every line carefully, ask direct questions about third-party financing, and understand exactly what you are signing before handing over your card information. read more

RUN!!!! This business is so SKETCHY! I thought I wanted a membership and at home items, but changed my mind after about 2 hours. Their contract said I had 14 days to get my money back on both services and unopened items. I returned the items and got a refund. But they never refunded me on the 3 sessions I bought and tip to the associate that I completely regret which adds up to $421. Even worse, I only got a 30 minute session that day and they charged me for a 60 minute session and I didn't notice with the cost of the other 3 future sessions until I got home and reread the receipt! When I explained what happened, they refused to acknowledge I had a 30 minute session! Such BS! This was January 10th. It's February 5th now, and I've talked to FOUR customer service reps over the past weeks because their membership email they referred me to keeps trying to make me stay and ghosts me when I tell them, " no! I want to pay $99 for my 30 minute session I had and cancel the 3 other sessions." And then yesterday, the customer service guy was so unintelligent. He told me they already gave me a discount and would send me an email with the receipt. He said to respond when I'm ready to talk after work before 4pm because he's working on my case individually. I messaged him at 3pm to let him know they did NOT give me a discount. The receipt shows I got a refund for the items I DIDN'T USE and nothing about the 3 services I paid for. He didn't respond! I have messaged him twice today and no response. They have stolen my money and if I don't get a response tomorrow, I AM CALLING MY LAWYER!!! read more

Do not set this up on an automatic payment plan. these people will cheat you out of money. My wife did this and they kept charging her even though she never scheduled appointments. After she passed away they continued to charge the card on file. This went on for 11 months. I finally found a number to call and got it cancelled but they dont do refunds but offered me her services that were already paid. I do not and would not recommend using these people and if you do pay as you go. Do not set anything up on an automatic payment plan. Avoid this place - it's a total "influencer" marketing scam! While visiting Utah from Los Angeles, I received a personal invitation directly from We Whitten for a $99 teeth whitening through their "influencer" as a VIP program - for $99. After filling out a questionnaire and medical release including what seemed to be standard personal information, I gave Kayla my credit card upon arrival to pay for my treatment - then proceeded with my treatment. All going fine, except Kayla (girl at the counter & sales and treatment specialist) ran my personal information set up an affirm account and charged six additional sessions - then when completed - proceeded to "gift me" a complementary whitening kit for touchups in between treatments. She explained as part of the influencer program I could visit any of their national stores which are everywhere, and then said that because she really liked me, she waived my $99 visit fee gave me the kit and then I would get an additional six treatments for $99 each. She completely set this up on a firm without my prior approval and a fixed a whopping interest rate of another $200. When I got my first bill, I was floored because it was all pre-charged, and none of this was clearly explained to me what further infuriated me was when I found out that there are indeed no we whiten stores in the entire state of California where I reside and the closest is over 360 miles away in either Reno or Las Vegas. I promptly asked for a refund and they refused. Fortunately, I had to go through quite a hassle with a firm, but they are ensuring that this will be taken care of. I do not recommend this hack of a place because of their shady sales tax and questionable way of lowering people in for treatments claiming that it's part of some sort of VIP program. Avoid this place like a plague unless you want to pay premium for a sales commission and an advance package for future teeth whitening that haven't even been performed. If this had been explained that they were trying to sell me a membership club, I would have never gone in. This place is a total joke and someone's getting rich! I do not recommend stick with your regular dentist or crest white strips! read more

I love this teeth whitening place! I did the hour long whitening process but they also have 15 or 30 minute sessions available. You can pay by session or get a monthly pass. It's much more affordable than visiting the dentist and my teeth didn't have any sensitivity. read more

I've been here twice and both times have been great! The staff is very friendly and professional. You are there for about 2ish hours and they do 20 minute sets on your teeth. Do NOT waste your time or money at this establishment. They are very unprofessional and do not care about customer satisfaction. They did not explain the procedure or give me any aftercare instructions. My teeth look the same. They take a before picture of your teeth on their personal cell phone with no flash. The after picture is taken with an LED flash attachment, again on their personal phone. I tried to reach out to management about my concerns and it took them 2 days to get back to me.
