Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader... dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you... it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you "queen." I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I've ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes. read more

I just had microneedling and a chemical peel with Dallas last week, and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Microneedling isn't usually the most relaxing treatment, but Dallas made it so comfortable and easy that I actually enjoyed it! Also received Botox twice and believe I was charged for more than I was given the second time because they might have been upset that I was unhappy with the under eye filler. Will never go back. I very rarely choose male providers for care, but I decided to give Reagan at Beauty Laser +Lab a chance because of all the flawless reviews. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling dismissed and unheard. Just because I've had Botox and filler before doesn't mean I don't deserve a conversation about my goals or problem areas. Instead, Reagan immediately told his assistant how many units I'd be given, without ever consulting me directly about a plan or the cost. To be fair, I am happy with the results. But I did not feel comfortable with how the appointment was handled. It was over quickly and felt rushed, cold, and transactional. I was not given the opportunity to truly consent to the cost or treatment plan before he moved forward. He mentioned his "free touchups" policy, but in a way that felt more like a boast than reassurance. For the amount of money I spent, I expected thoughtful communication and personalized care. Instead, I walked away feeling like just another transaction. Later, someone I know shared that they had a very similar experience with him, which confirmed it wasn't just me. I want to be clear that I don't think Beauty Laser +Lab is a bad place to go. In fact, I've had many people tell me they've had amazing experiences with other providers there. But in my opinion, Reagan may not be the right fit if you're looking for a consultative, patient-focused approach. read more

I've been coming to BLL for about 4 years and their service has been consistently the best I've experienced in almost 10 years of receiving injections from San Diego to Salt Lake. Not only are they super friendly and personable, every time you come in but they are efficient af. They know what they're doing and get it done in a timely manner while standing behind their product and service time and time again. I cannot recommend them enough. They have also maintained their pricing despite the rising costs in EVERYTHING and the service has never been compromised. Allie administered a 'Mega Feel the Peels' series on me over about 1 month. The peels were wonderful and well worth the discounted price I paid when I purchased them on Black Friday. $59.00 per peel, as opposed to $200.00 per peel normally. I purchased 8 peels. 4 peels were administered 1 week apart, with maintenance peels scheduled every 2 months or so after that. Wow. i had an appointment for a consultation and peel with Miranda today, then got a conference call added to my schedule making me pressed for time. I did not want to cancel this much needed treat for myself, so optimistically went in early to see if it was possible to make it all work out. I was greeted by Chad, whose "can do" attitude helped figure out how to make it all happen, thank goodness! I've been getting laser hair removal off and on for the last few years. My review is for Whitney in Murray. She is so welcoming and sweet. Although the procedure can be uncomfortable at times, she is quick and gives you a break as you need it. When I first started going to this place a few years ago I stopped after two sessions. The person made me feel uncomfortable. After about two years I decided to go back and try someone else. That person was Whitney and I'm so glad I went back. Such a different experience. She makes me feel comfortable because she's relaxed and professional with what she is doing. I'll be looking forward to her return.
