I'm sure she was spread thin though, since everyone was complaining about the internet. Conference room started hot in temperature, and didn't really cool off until the afternoon. I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

They scammed me out of my money because I respectfully quit. And they steal across the board with paying under the table to avoid taxes. A lot of wigs look nothing like the picture online. When our recent lease renewal came up, I was quoted a 29% rent increase. Assuming this quote was made in error, I inquired, showing rental options a block away at my same rate, in an attempt to allow Regus to provide a competitive quote. All I received was the same quote, so I gave notice to move, which we did in April 2023. Fast forward two months, we still have not received the security deposit from our now terminated lease which is nearly $7,000. My partner, who was on a separate lease also ending in April has also not received his refund. We have made in excess of 10 inquiries both to the Decatur location and to the Regus help desk without resolution. The manager of the facility has even communicated to both of us that refunds were in fact processed and deposited into our respective business accounts. That is absolutely not the case. While not specific to Regus, the One West Court Square building management is also seriously lacking. The place is currently a hot mess. The parking lot is detached from the building and the walkway between the two was blocked by construction fencing when I returned to the building in May for a client meeting. There was no signage directing people where to go to enter the building but in the end, you have to walk around to the far side of the building (where there is also construction fencing). For months, we endured a person urinating nightly on the first floor of the parking lot stairwell so we and our clients got to enjoy an overwhelming stench as we walked to our offices each morning. While other floors of One West Court have or are being renovated, the Regus floor has very dated bathrooms, the carpets in the common areas are worn and stained, the place just isn't receiving the landlord support it should. Bottom line, there are less expensive, better managed, and equivalent quality options for business space in Decatur. I would have continued to rent on the Square as I loved the location but the aforementioned tipped the scale to the point of no return.
