The location is super convenient and it's always a chill vibe. Membership of $100/mo. provides unlimited access to any of the Switchyards locations nationwide. You also have access to coffee, tea, and stroopwafels. I have zero complaints and highly recommend Switchyards!

The first day, my colleague and I were so caught up in what we were doing that we accidentally stayed way past closing time. But the person working the front desk could not possibly have put us in less of a rush to leave. Not only did she insist that we take our time, but she even got something scanned and emailed to me while she was finishing getting the place closed down. This was very symbolic of all of our interactions throughout our two days here - from the person at the front desk, to the person who made our coffee - everyone was as nice as humanly possible The space offers a few different seating options - booths, open couches, a coffee shop type vibe and private conference rooms. The conference rooms cost extra, so we opted for the booth seating, which were semi-private. Because we were only in town for two days, the day pass made the most sense for us - $20/person per day. The includes use anywhere in the space besides the conference rooms, WiFi, access to the scanner/copier/etc. There is also like a mini coffee shop available in-house, which allows you to purchase some caffeine without having to leave the space. This was the first time I've ever used a co-working space and it was a super pleasant experience - thanks Roam!

I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

In the morning, they have a plethora of breakfasts, depending on your hungerness: bananas, muffins, oatmeal, cold cereal, danishes, pastries, powerbars, granola bars, etc. during lunch, they have food catered from this local spot. the pasta was kind of bland, but still fulfilling. they also offered the best homemade Caesar dressing that i have ever had! chocked full of garlic. yummy. After lunch, at 2, they offer freshly baked cookies, that are so warm and delicious. ALL FOR FREE. ALL INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE!!! the restrooms are right outside from Microtek's break area, so very convenient. the building is located in an office park, but has easy accessibility to the marta train station. been here all week for a training class for a software suite my company purchased…read more very modern and clean. classrooms are roomy and the chairs are comfortable. the lobby/break area has fridges with tons of water, juice, and soda, and there's always cookies, brownies, and other snacks available if you need a sugar rush to focus. the break area also has some public computers. so if you want to browse the web during lunch break, you can. also, plenty of coffee and a good tea selection. food's catered in from some outside company and has been pretty decent thusfar. the place is freezing! I eventually turned up the thermostat in our room - which got approving looks from fellow classmates - and it was still awfully chilly. bad enough that Atlanta is getting a cold snap, I gotta deal with it indoors too? sidenote, I've kept my hotel room at a toasty 78 degrees. the building it's in has a shoe repair/shine guy and a convenience store, in addition to a ton of other offices. transportation: you can get here via the free shuttle from the Embassy Suites down the road. yeahhhh buddy.

REGUS COMPLAINT - REGUS REVIEW…read more This is the worst company on the planet to do business with. I would not recommend using them. There are other virtual office solutions in the area that offer far better service at a better price. To give you an example of the type of service I received see below: First I was misled by my sales representative Douglas Berry. Then I was told I had to pay an additional monthly fee. When I pushed back and refused to pay the additional fee they acquiesced. Then when I sent SEVERAL notices of cancellation without response I called to be sure they received the cancellation notices Tammy Goins agreed that it was no problem. A salesman called me asking what they could do to extend my service past my desired cancellation date, confirming my cancellation. After my cancellation date they started with the incessant phone calls wanting their money. They sent me several incorrect invoices that had the wrong service dates. It is obvious they lack the ability to maintain basic accounting and billing practices. This is one of my favorites, they sent ME a collection notice for one of my main competitors that contained credit card information. So if you think your info is secure with them - think again! They then had the nerve to ask me if I knew how to contact the owner of the company. I am more than happy to provide any and all documentation to back up my claims. This all happened, don't let it happen to you.

They will run your community in the ground & look at you with a straight face & say there's progress. They don't answer the phone to speak with management but charge you outrageous telephone bills of $1,400 dollars a month. They will let' your vendor bills pile up where it's almost impossible to catch back up and pay them. If you have them as a management company end it as soon as possible. They offer a free day membership if you want to check it out before you commit. They seem to have membership packages that include private work spaces. They also have conference rooms for use to members as well as non-members (per their website). They are located in the One Glenway Parkway building which also houses a cute coffee/snack shop.
