Please, do thorough research and go ANYWHERE else. Had so many issues. The Florida regional sales manager Mike Jackson is horrific. No customer service skills, lies, even when presented with evidence, calls names, try to belittle you and will attempt to act like he knows what he's doing. There was multiple times I wanted to ask "Mike, are you okay?" after his blowups. Ultimately, no one willing to take responsibly for poor installation. Jay Coker was much more helpful and apologetic for not only Mikes behavior, but also for how poorly our shed was installed. There's a reason no reviews are posted on their Facebook and website. I am giving three stars because our first two sheds(without windows) are worth five, but this new third one with two windows is not yet. The windows leak with each rainfall. We can see through to the outside at each corner and the glass is loose in each frame. We reached out to dealer who forwarded to corporate. We didn't hear anything, so I emailed corporate myself twice and still haven't heard back. I would like someone to come fix them or provide us with supplies and info to do it ourselves, or come up with another idea. Ignoring us solves nothing. We hope to hear ftom ghem do that we can update this review in a positive manner. read more

Shed is pretty nice and well built but once they take it off truck any kinks or flaws are on you.. I questioned the way mine was leveled while it was being done then called and questioned and sure enough within 2 hours it was already settling across middle and the roll up door was kinked with 3+ inch gap on a side and a 1 inch gap on other side of door. They claimed they were sending someone in next couple days then informed me they aren't responsible for it anymore and it would have to be fixed at my expense.. that's an extremely pricey item for such piss poor service.. read the warranty VERY closely and "delivery & setup" forums prior to wasting time looking at these. Also Used what's referred to as common wood instead of ground contact or treated wood meaning in Florida should be good and rotted within a couple months if that. read more

My experience with Weather King was extremely disappointing. After finding them online, reviewing them, investigating shed. My wife and I drove to their Zephyrhills location, located at 3161 Gall Blvd, Zephyrhills Florida 33541. There number 813-403-0423. So we could inspect their sheds. We spoke with Trevor, the salesman, and asked all the right questions before ordering an 8x14 side lofted barn shed with specific customizations (no windows, regular front door frame in the corner, lofted on one side, green and yellow color). --We ordered over the phone at first then had to go to Trevor in person, (due to confusion in his part), in early May 2024 and were told it would take 3-6 weeks total for build and delivery. --Three weeks later, we received a message that it was ready. However, upon delivery, we discovered the shed was completely wrong: barn doors in the middle, windows on each side, and lofted on both sides. We refused the delivery and contacted Trevor, who then directed us to his boss at manufacturing. Which were no help at all. --The process became even more frustrating from there. They charged us an additional $396.00 more for the correct door, and later, another $2300 for the second half, which was a mistake that was eventually refunded. The whole ordeal took 11 weeks, far longer than initially promised, with no discount or compensation for their numerous errors. --The repeated and lack of accountability with miscommunications, incorrect charges, and significant delays have completely disrupted our project timeline. Overall, the experience was a hassle from start to finish, with poor customer service and accountability at Weather King was subpar, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience. read more

These people are not only liars, they have no idea what they are doing. None. Go ANYWHERE ELSE! Plus, they aren't there during their posted business hours. They are known locally for being horrid in general. I of course, found out later, after dealing with them. Unprofessional, zero concern for customers. I believe the product ( Weather King) is OK. Just not this franchise, thanks to people that have NO clue what they are selling. read more
