Thanks Susan D. for reminding me about this one... I bought a couple of adirondack chairs here as a Christmas gift, a pricey gift indeed! $600 for a set of two. They offered to assemble them free of charge but I just brought them home boxed, big mistake. We ended up bringing them back in for help, and they were happy to do it. The chairs are so comfortable by the way. Parking is not easy as the lot is small and there are many retail items strewn about. Upon entering you will be overwhelmed by how much they pack into this shop and even though I knew exactly what I was after I enjoyed perusing the vast selection. Grills, including the Big Green Egg and any accessory you could imagine for it, outdoor furniture, art etc...tons of stuff to make your outdoor living space amazing. read more

I purchased patio chairs in Dallas. After many years of use, my very expensive patio chairs began to break in unison. I researched the brand and discovered that Bay Breeze sells the same brand. I went there in hopes of seeing if I could somehow purchase the braces that were breaking on the underside of the chairs. Susan at Bay Breeze thought my chairs could still be under warranty. She researched it and assisted me in filing a claim. The company that manufactures the Tropitone chairs that I purchased sent me all new braces at no cost to me. Most retailers would just try and sell me new chairs, but Susan went out of her way to assist me with a warranty claim on chairs that she didn't sell me in the first place. This is customer service at its best. I highly recommend this place for your patio needs. They have a great selection of quality products and they are second to none in customer service. Terrible service. Just look at how disorganized the place is and that's what you can expect for service. Asked for a quote for outdoor kitchen items. Was ready to spend 20k plus. No quote. No return calls. Showed up and still didn't have quote. Blamed it on 3rd party. read more
