Bob Link came to our house reviewed all the information and told us they could handle all the final paperwork, billing, permits and adjust our gutters to better handle rain runoff. JTR replaced the roof and gutters in a timely manner and were very easy to work with by handling the final claim processing and paperwork. I was willing to pay extra because the salesman convinced me that Pella cared about their customers and would fix any issues I might have but that has not been true. The caulking on my windows looks terrible less than 2 years after install and I believe that the installer used the wrong caulking. I have reached out to the salesman about this and he agreed that the caulking looked bad, but then he stopped responding to me and then said this is not covered under warranty. The warranty clearly says that workmanship is covered but Pella is refusing to honor that and fix the issue they made. I will not be using Pella again.
