The store there was super friendly. Told me to bring it back if it were the wrong size or any Sears store Nationwide. HAHA.. THe jerks in Oneonta would not talk to me and sent their older lady at the desk to tell me to take it back where I bought it. They would not take it.. One day old. Still had the papers.. HAD NOT BEEN OPEN. The people need to learn that customer service is number 1 and that I have kept many people from going to their little bitty store.

Most of the time they have exactly what we need and without fail there seems to always be someone available to help you find it as soon as you walk in the door without the endless searching on your own. My wife is happy to go here when we are in the middle of a project and realize we need more of or are missing something that we need to finish instead of having to stop and go elsewhere myself.
