I then proceeded to call the owner about a dozen times over a 5 year period and each time he remembered me and told me that he was sorry and that he would take care of the problem. I lost my receipt and life took over and I was to busy to deal with the unprofessional dealings I had with this company. My tub still looks awful at that property and it is a reminder of who to choose for remodeling. Because of the name and website of this Business i got fooled, I was expecting a great experience for a simple Job to fill two simple hair lines cracks, some simple patches and paint the deck! Below are pictures of what it looks like the same day he "claimed" it was completed! Mr Sawyers refuses to complete, to fixing and painting the job and wanting the balance payment without completing the job, to give customer satisfaction as expected from his professional Contract! I send him tons of messages for him to complete my job which he refuses. Is this how it is in Central Florida? The job was about $1600, He took 50% deposit upfront upon signing agreement, then he took $150 money to buy paint the day of arrival his contract stated, was a red flag however i was expecting a very reputable, professional company for great results when i signed agreement! Isn't it you get a complete and satisfied Job before you pay the final balance in Florida agreements? you know what i repeatedly ask him to come check this work even i sent him the pictures, so we complete payment so i get the warranty he offers after completion! After 3 months the pool deck has been destroyed with Chlorine because of the type of paint. I can post pictures after. I want to focus on the incomplete job first with the pictures the day he claimed it was completed! Tell me about the picture below please? Note They warn us not because of an attractive website, a nice post card handout, or in the community flyers means they are to be trusted! I know we need to check BBB, and check reviews before hiring any company to work at your home. Today companies buy reviews, or they have friends and family do reviews so you have to read and check dates, location You have to be super carefully!

Pro Quality (LARRY IS A CHEAT). He took up work and signed…read morea contract for installating Kitchen backsplash and TV mount from me in Wesley Chapel, FL. The job was scheduled for Friday. Then suddenly, One day before the job, he asked 50% of the amount as advance payment. I paid him about 20% in advance without having met/spoke with him and agreed that remaining 80% would be made after the job is complete. All this while he insisted that he has 10 years of experience and is very good with this work. Then come Friday, he didnot show up.. On multiple followups he mentioned that he might not be able to come on Friday. I asked if he can come on Saturday. He said he will come first thing in the morning around 9-10 am. He finally came at about 2 pm and started working on kitchen backsplash. He then said i need to wind up early around 4.30 PM and went back with only few of the tiles installed yet. Here as well, he installed several tiles in the wrong direction. Then he said he will come early Monday morning. However on Monday, he didnot come and when i followed up with him on his eta around 11 am he said his car has broke down and he will come in afternoon. But he never showed up. He then said he will come Tuesday morning, which he finally came around noon. He then stick one line of tiles (worked very slowly) and around 5 PM said i need to go to Home depot as my glue is out. He then went out. And then he texts me from oustide saying I need remaining payment to buy materials. (The material cost here was already covered and way less than the initial 20% deposit). I replied that I will make the payment once you can come and finish it. But he never came back and behaved very rudely over chat demanding money in advance for work which he was not willing to complete. Many of the tiles he put have cracks, And he put the tiles in wayward wrong alignment all while saying that he has 10 years job experience. He ran away from incomplete job and texts me after going out of home and took 80% of the money completing only 25% of the job. This guy "Larry" is an aboslute cheat and doesnot know his work properly. I have never experienced such a horrendous customer service. Beware doing business with this guy LARRY!! (attached are snapshots of pending work which he left in middle and never come back, contrarily, demanding full payment)
