If you'd pick Fiji water at 2.50 over Ice Mountain for a dollar, 7 times out of 10, you'd be better off going to Widmers or Concord Cleaners.... For those who know the value of a dollar, you'll swoon from the unique I just-saved-some-serious-jack dopamine, even as you encounter multiple nose rings, serious rap at the cleaners (sounds like a song to be made), and a detached and nonchalant attitude. Who cares? I just saved 20 dolla on 5 items! Rock that attitude all day long. Don't think I'd bring my most expensive suit in here, or my wife's wedding dress, but other than that, they do a fine job and lightning fast turnaround. There was no care to fix the mistakes that were made nor was there any customer service to try to retain what relationship had been started. We used them for our wedding, and day of there were wrong colors and sizes with both the linens for the tables and the vests that the groomsmen had rented. We had no time to check things beforehand because she "kept forgetting to order" and we did not receive everything till day before the wedding; leaving us in a panic if she would even follow thru. This one scenario doesn't even begin to cover how much of a mess using this business was. She answered the first phone call and told us to recheck and let her know what was needed. We were ignored the rest of the day and text messages/phone calls were never returned to us, our friends, or the wedding venue. There was no care to compensate, and no apology given; even with us continuing to reach out. I understand mistakes happen, but a good business does not ignore their client just because they have received payment in full. Without a doubt, was the worst vendor we worked with for the event and will not use them again nor recommend their linens for any event--which is sad because the linen options were almost limitless.
