Multiple times we have gotten clothes back with tags saying "a stain was detected". But they don't try to get them out. I'm not sure what they do when they dry "clean". Or there is a stain and they don't mark it at all. They have delivery service but make sure you don't want to keep any wreaths or decorations that you may have on your door. Their delivery driver destroyed a wreath that was irreplaceable. He grabbed the wreath from my hook on my door to hang a shirt that was supposed to be folded. My husband called the store and I received a call back from someone stating that she was the owner and wanted to "fix this" I called the number back and left a message and have heard nothing since. Apparently she doesn't want to fix it. I don't know how she can. I mean irreplaceable means just that. So obviously they have lost a customer.

First time use you are supposed to put your clothes in a disposable bag so I put it in a garbage bag next to my door, and nobody picked it up. I called the store and they said to put it back out there the next day and they will stop by. I did and still no pick up.
