Multiple times we have gotten clothes back with tags saying "a stain was detected". But they don't try to get them out. I'm not sure what they do when they dry "clean". Or there is a stain and they don't mark it at all. They have delivery service but make sure you don't want to keep any wreaths or decorations that you may have on your door. Their delivery driver destroyed a wreath that was irreplaceable. He grabbed the wreath from my hook on my door to hang a shirt that was supposed to be folded. My husband called the store and I received a call back from someone stating that she was the owner and wanted to "fix this" I called the number back and left a message and have heard nothing since. Apparently she doesn't want to fix it. I don't know how she can. I mean irreplaceable means just that. So obviously they have lost a customer.

When I went to pick up today, the owner and the lady I spoke with on the phone were both in. They informed me of the bad news that their conveyor system broke and they are unable to get anything down for customers.
