He also told us the car wasn't leaving but on a wrecker. He never bothered to tell us the battery was dead. Had to jump the battery on Saturday, rented a car dolly and towed it home. We found a reman pump for just over $100, changed it ourselves, the car runs now and we saved $1300. He also fussed about my granddaughter running out of gas. She didn't run out. The car wasn't leaving parked over a month because she was recuperating from ankle surgery. The gas went bad in the car.

The techs changed the tires, replaced filters, oil, brakes and checked the wiring. Even though they didn't have what was needed (a Cooper-specific module) for the light issue, they printed up all of the information we would need to show the dealer to get it replaced. Even after having to order the tires, the car was ready even before the tires came in! The turnaround was unbelievable! Dropped off the car and picked it up the same week. My car washes take longer to finish - ha (maybe I need to ask them for pointers for that, too)! Great customer service and communication. The facility is very clean and even has a sizable waiting room, which is also very clean. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for future needs. :o)

I used that truck to pull a 4' set of choppers on a 5 acre pasture. It was locked in 4 wheel drive low, hour after hour, as I pulled the choppers through some really nasty terrain.
