Now when I say major repairs I'm talking about changing motors. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and if an issue came up I was called and given options on how I wanted it handled. The tow driver called just about when i expected him to, and he showed up around the time he said he would. When he arrived, he was polite and so friendly (I wish I recalled his name, but it's been a long day.) My car was in a tricky spot and the dead battery made it difficult to turn the wheel, change the drive, etc etc etc! The employee tried to think about what could be wrong with the vehicle then we worked together and got it out of the garage and onto the truck. I saw him driving safely down Airline Hwy and he and arrived about the same time to drop the car off at the dealer's service area. I'll remember Daigle's the next time I need help! I really appreciated that the dealership didn't charge me anything to look at the truck, and I was only there for about 15 minutes. I headed over to Custom Muffler, where Mr. Brent took a look at it and got it welded up for me. He was very quick, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. The price was also very fair.
