He came to my home at 9:30 PM and stayed until my drain was open even though he was due to go on vacation that evening! I felt relieved that Barry let me watch him work and told me what he was doing step-by-step and then gave me advice about what he thought the actual problem was. Well, I had to call them again just before Christmas for the same drain and found out that I had concrete piping that was causing the plug. He found and corrected several issues that occurred during the sloppy install by another HVAC company such as loose wires and a rats nest of wire management. I stood and looked over his shoulder the entire time and he kindly explained every step and what he was doing. He went the extra mile for our family to get us cool air again just in time for the heat wave to start. He drove to get a new part because shipping it from Cookeville would have taken several days. He even worked huddled over our outdoor unit in pouring rain and lightning. All this and he was more than fair (too cheap?) on the costs of the repair.
