After some research, we found a company called BUSTER'S ON THE GO, LLC. Seeking more information, I reached out to the contact listed in the post. Nichole Gold responded to my text message and advised me to contact her husband, Joey. I got in touch with Joey on Thursday, April 2, 2026. I explained exactly what services we required: PROFESSIONAL PACKING AND LABOR ONLY. My husband, who is a CDL Truck Driver, would be renting a 26' Box Truck from Enterprise and driving it from Florida to Delaware on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. I sent Joey a list of all the items that needed to be moved, along with a video for further clarification. Joey requested that I call him, and we discussed and reviewed all relevant details thoroughly. Following our conversation, Joey sent a flat-rate invoice for $350 and his LLC paperwork. We accepted his offer. Joey later texted, "at the end of the day, my goal is to always take care of a customer and make sure they are satisfied." He also assured us, "I will make sure my guys are there and then like I said, I am trying to make sure I am there as well. If not, I will send one of my top guys." Confirmation and Scheduling On April 6, 2026, at 11:34 AM, Joey sent a message stating, "You're the only job scheduled for tomorrow." Later that day, at 3:42 PM, he texted, "they will see you at 9:00am tomorrow, everything will be good my promise." That evening, at 9:05 PM, Teresa texted to confirm, "just confirming you are coming tomorrow April 7, 2026 @ 9:00am. How many guys will be coming?" Joey replied at 9:36 PM, "yes, they will be there at 9:00am - 9:30am. 4 people." On April 7, 2026, at 8:01 AM, Teresa sent a text saying, "we are ready," accompanied by a photo of the 26' rental truck in her driveway. Around the same time, Joey's wife Nichole texted, "good morning is it possible we could come around 11-12? we are off to a bad morning and also there will be 2-4 people just to insure ur belongings don't get messed up, talk to u soon. I gotta replace my car battery as soon as I do that we can be on our way. Everyone we are bringing is awake and up and moving. They are looking forward to meeting you." Day of the Move: Communication Issues At 11:00 AM, Teresa tried to call Nichole to confirm their arrival, but Nichole did not answer. Teresa also called Joey, but he did not answer his phone either. Teresa texted and left messages on both phones, requesting a call back as soon as possible. By 12:00 PM, nobody had shown up. There was no call or text from anyone. Their phones went to voicemail for several hours, and there was no communication or update from the movers. Aftermath and Response I informed Nichole and Joey (by voicemail) that we would be leaving a negative review as a result of their failure to show up and communicate. There is no excuse for such behavior! April 7, 2026, was total chaos for us! We were frantically calling several moving companies while trying to work and attempting to find someone last minute was extremely stressful! If something truly uncontrollable happened, the customer should at least receive the respect of an apology. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS - THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
