New to town and were going to all the furniture store to find couches. We stumbled across Webb's furniture walked inside and had a wonderful experience. The furniture is all made in America, many of them right in Tennessee. We got a great quality set and had a lovely conversation with Mr. Webb and the gentleman at the desk about the furniture, followed by about a hour of just chatting about things to do locally, family owned places to eat and what to avoid. They were both a wealth of knowledge and we had a great time. This is a great place to shop floor furniture and to order from if you're looking for good quality American furniture. my husband and I highly recommend Webb's furniture. most of it is genuine solid hardwood priced competitively with furniture at big-name stores whose stock is mostly only partial solid hardwood. we purchased our bedroom set and entertainment center there and the service was second to none. at the time delivery was made only a month after purchase, but I suppose that could change. This place is awesome!!!! They don't have the fancy showroom like some of the other furniture places around, but they actually carry solid cherry and oak hardwood furniture. Unlike many of the other stores I visited they knew the difference between solid hardwood, and "solid hardwood" with hardwood veneer. We move A LOT so it was important for me to get solid hardwood furniture with no veneer. The salesman was extremely helpful, and was able to answer all my questions about the furniture before purchasing, including things like what type of wood the furniture was made of and where the furniture was produced. I found Webb's pricing to be amazing! Before buying some low quality Ashely furniture (which seems to be what most stores around here sell) check out Webb's. They offer REAL made in the USA hardwood furniture, at nearly the same price other stores are selling made in Vietnam veneer clad pine sets for. read more

This is an absolutely wonderful furniture store. The products and service are superb!! The staff and owner could not be nicer from the very beginning of looking at items to the end of delivery. The furniture is absolutely lovely and durable and beautiful and I have never had such a wonderful experience when buying furniture. My fiancé and I walked into the store 10 minutes before closing (we didn't realize) not intent on buying a kitchen table and a couch that same day, but considering it. The owner was working with another couple, so we looked around ourselves for a few minutes and then he came and helped us- I can't fully express how helpful and genuinely kind this man and his staff are. He stayed past closing for us and then delivered it to the house within an hour (again, well past closing time!!) because my fiancé had absolutely NO furniture in his home and the owner wanted us to have it that night. You buy what's in the store so there's no wait. The staff is the friendliest and they don't advertise- they work off of recommendations from customers. I 100% recommend and will be going back when we need more furniture (which will be soon). read more

Best experience yet in a furniture store. Staff is very pleasant and knowledgable. Lots to choose from... They have 2 floors of couches, sectionals, mattresses, bedroom sets and tables. I bought a couch and a chair and a half and a bed which i absolutely love. They weren't busy so they were a me to deliver it same day(2 hrs later). The best part is that it is super reasonable!!! They spend time with you and break down the type of furniture you are interested in. Had a horrible experience with the owner and will not be shopping there anytime soon and cannot recommend anyone else either. My wife and I were in two different cars and pulled up outside the store. My wife was about to throw some trash in the dumpster outside when the owner, Kenny Webb, came running out of his store yelling at my wife and being incredibly rude. I asked why he had to be so rude when he could have just asked us not to use his cardboard dumpster. He continued his rudeness and threatened to tow our cars if we didn't move them. I told him we wouldn't be shopping at his store and neither would any of our friends. His response was obviously meant as an insult when he said "That's ok, I don't sell used furniture." I can only surmise that he was trying to insult the fact that I was in my MILITARY UNIFORM. Mr. Webb, if you want to stay in business in a military town, you might NOT want to try to insult your potential customers. MILITARY STAY AWAY. read more
