We got a great quality set and had a lovely conversation with Mr. Webb and the gentleman at the desk about the furniture, followed by about a hour of just chatting about things to do locally, family owned places to eat and what to avoid. They were both a wealth of knowledge and we had a great time. This is a great place to shop floor furniture and to order from if you're looking for good quality American furniture. Mr. Webb delivered the furniture himself the next morning. They also have an upholster upstairs in their store.

Delivery was late, items arrived damaged, and their "warranty" process is a joke - good luck getting anything resolved without a fight. But the real reason this business deserves to die is the blatant racism from the top. The owner's wife went on social media and basically said Minneapolis protesters "deserve to be shot" or something equally vile during the protests. When it blew up, the owner Dave Bergen put out a weak non-apology video trying to distance himself, claiming it "doesn't represent their beliefs." Too late. That kind of casual, hateful rhetoric doesn't come out of nowhere - it reflects the kind of environment they foster.

Also went over a few times to get warranty paperwork. After quite a few calls and trips to the store to get the rest of our information on warranty, we keep being told they will call us back on attaining the warranty info and care directions on furniture. Cassie Hicks was a great sales person I think the problem is now the office people who are suppose to get our things registered for warranty haven't followed thru.
