Surprisingly it came, but not in boxes. Was already put together, so nice suprise. We did not have any product tags to know what care we need to do to maintain the newness of the furniture. Also no paperwork other than our receipt of full payment and warranty price. Have called to make sure our set is registered for warranty which they said they do. Also went over a few times to get warranty paperwork. After quite a few calls and trips to the store to get the rest of our information on warranty, we keep being told they will call us back on attaining the warranty info and care directions on furniture. Cassie Hicks was a great sales person I think the problem is now the office people who are suppose to get our things registered for warranty haven't followed thru. Blatant Misrepresentation by Sales Staff - Beware! My wife…read moreand I bought an above-ground pool package at Pool & Spa Depot. Before signing the contract, we explicitly questioned our salesperson, Jason, about municipal building permits. Jason looked both of us in the eye and verbally assured us that Pool & Spa Depot would handle the permitting process for us. Relying entirely on his word, we moved forward. After the installation, we contacted the Clarksville Building & Codes Department and discovered that no permit was ever issued. They completely lied to close the sale, leaving us legally exposed with an unpermitted structure on our property. When we confronted the company, they hid behind their fine print and deflection tactics. Fortunately, our backyard already had the necessary fence and electrical bonding from a previous pool, so our infrastructure was up to code. However, we still had to go to the city codes office ourselves and pay out of pocket for a retroactive structure permit to legalize what Jason promised was already taken care of. Do not trust verbal promises from Jason or the sales team at this store. They will say absolutely anything to secure your signature and then abandon you the second the check clears. Check your paperwork, verify everything with Clarksville Codes yourself, and take your business elsewhere if you expect honesty.

Natalie, our sales representative was absolutely fantastic! She was patient and helped guide us in the purchase of our bed. Now that being said.....Scott, the manager and Danny his manager were difficult to deal with. We purchased a Temperpedic mattress and a nice frame and pillows....my wife loves the decorative pillows...but we also bought a Temperpedic pillow for her and a storm 3 for me. The storm is absolutely the worst pillow you can buy. However, the mattress was the big issue. We had it less then 30 days and asked to use their comfort exchange as the mattress was to firm. They agreed and charged me for the shipping, twice, to which I am still waiting for the refund, as well as made money off of us for a new pillow. Fast forward 3 weeks later and the same problem...the mattress is too firm. Now when I say to firm, I mean I have pain from shoulder to shoulder from how the mattress is. I asked to do the comfort exchange again as this mattress is 1 not cheap and 2 when I did the first one I expressly stated my concern about getting another mattress and having the same problem. I was assured that I should, key word being should, be able to exchange again. Now I spoke to both Scott and Danny and both said there is nothing we can do. They were both unwilling to entertain the fact that I have an expensive brick in my bedroom that I can't sleep on. Danny went as far as to say "put a bed topper on it til you get used to it". Is that even what one would say about a brand new mattress???? Be aware if you plan to shop for a bed. They really are not out to make you happy after spending a lot of money.

When checking out today I was drenched in sweat, and the cashier mentioned how nice out it is and I agreed but said it's a little warm inside, and she just started arguing with me telling me that it's not hot in there at all (it was easily over 95° in the building, especially in the back where there is no air flow) another coworker seemed to try to deescalate the situation and explain that they're just use to it being even hotter in there, and I agreed with her because this was nothing to fight over. When I told him, Cedar Hill, his response was, "Hrm. that's quite FAR". Really??? Sorry..... But even the text in the Yelp description reads. "WE ARE ONLY MINUTES FROM NASHVILLE, BELLEVUE, FRANKLIN, CLARKSVILLE" - Nashville is 58 minutes - Franklin is 1 hour 10 minutes ??!!?? How is it that Cedar Hill, only 48 minutes away, is FAR ??!!?? The two men grumbled a bit more about how far it was and how much work it was to do. So I showed them pictures on my phone. Then, sensing that they were completely disinterested, I asked them.... "If you're unable to do the work, would you be able to you deliver the panels so that I could do the work myself?" (- I'm a 5'6", 55 yr old woman - ). "We could", the owner replied. "There will be a delivery fee". "Ok. How much would the metal sheets be each?", I asked. With a straight face, he responded, "The panels are 3 feet wide and are $310 per foot (in the other direction)". -- Say what?!?! -- I asked again. He told me again. Then I wrote it down. My son & friend who were with me both looked at me as we walked to the car & said, "That's crazy". He was going to charge me $29,000 for JUST the eight, 12 foot panels. That's not even the front side. INSANE! (I know the entire 24x48 structure with metal sides & roof only cost $10k. So $29k to fill a hole in the side was pure BS). People have become so lazy. I bought a mirror for our front entrance and a table console piece that will go beneath it. The manager checked us out and helped us load it in the car. This store is amazing and has tons of interesting pieces that opened up our sense of decorating. We will be back.
