I was referred to this towing company by the PA State Police. My car is not equipped with either a…read morejack or a spare tire. So, when I had a flat that couldn't be repaired with the repair kit provided by Honda, my only choice was a tow. Flat happened around 11pm. Called AAA and waited. Around 1am, I also called Honda Roadside Assistance. Around 2am, I called 911 and the State Police called AA Auto Towing. They were on the scene within 30-40 minutes. Despite the late hour, the driver was fantastic. Got me loaded and towed back to my hotel in New Stanton by 3am. Then, I called him this morning for a tow to a tire repair place. Again, he responded in a very short amount of time and got me to the tire repair place. Driver is very nice and personable, his rates for towing were much less than I expected and I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing a tow. Great guy/great towing company.

They cannot rotate tires as per the owners manual and caused excessive wear on my truck. Ford doesn't even list these guys when searching for dealers so that should tell you all you need to know. Look elsewhere for purchasing and repair.

I started the process online, I knew exactly what I wanted..down to year, miles, model. I looked around at several dealerships and #1 Cochran had the best price, biggest selection, and I knew their customer service couldn't be beat. I started the process online and ran my credit application so I didn't have to wait up at the dealership all day long with a toddler. Alan was super attentive to what I wanted, he got my requests down all the way from miles, model, color, and features. When it was time to actually buy the car we were there maybe two hours signing everything with the trade- in and new purchase. Highly recommend! Alan was great with communication, I loved that they text with simple questions and concerns.

Grossly Deceptive Practices…read more Beware of the despicable deceptive practices employed at this business. I called about a newly listed used car and was led to believe by the salesperson Clark that I was first in line. As the car's time of availability changed, he called me to let me know so that I wouldn't miss the opportunity, and so I adjusted my schedule accordingly. I arrived before the agreed upon time, met with Clark, got the carfax and inspection report to read while I waited for the car to be finished at the shop, or so Clark claimed was happening. About 45 minutes later, another person entered the showroom, was shown the car unbeknownst to me (I hadn't even been told it was ready), and was allowed to purchase it. Only after that was concluded, about 1 hr of waiting, did Clark tell me "I am sorry, but someone else has bought it." Clearly I was just brought in just as backup and deceived as to my prospects of getting the car. The entire time, Clark was apologizing for the delay and explaining it as the car being finished when in reality he was waiting for another buyer and stringing me along. Disgusting. Even worse, the manager washed his hands of Clark's actions, indicating that this was in fact a tactic they employ. I strongly advise avoiding this disreputable dealership.
