I contacted this gentleman about potentially fixing my garage roof, and offered to text him videos…read moreof the issue. He said that would be helpful. I texted the videos, and then heard ... nothing. I called the next day, and he picked up, but then hung up immediately. I called back and the conversation went something like: ME: "Hello, I sent you the videos yesterday and I..." HIM: "I got 'em." ME: "Sooooo..... is this something you can fix?" HIM: "Yeah, I'll give you a call." That was month and a half ago. I found a different and more responsive contractor to solve my problem.

February 17, 2025 I learned from a friend he was getting the snow taken off his roof by Lucas. I…read moreinquired his number and called him. We made arranged for him to come following day. He came did the job and naturally the snow from the roof buried my house. Anything close to house took the beating Bushes, hedges , Central air unit. Once the thaw came this week I started to unbury everything. when I got to central air unit it was caved in. I had it installed May 2024 @ the cost of 8500k. I was crushed so I called Lucas and told him what I found. He said he would come look see what he could do and I said I'll see what I can do. I never yelled wasn't angry I explained I was bummed and begged him not to "Ghost Me". Well I waited tilll Thursday and he never called. I in the mean time I had called my home insurance company. They agreed to cover it except for naturally the deductible. So I texted Lucas with the news and said basically you cover the deductible and we can call it square. Not only that I still had a job for him to do. Well he ghosted me. I look At it this way he's a young kid making a future for himself and I used his service thinking 1 I'm giving back to the community 2 let's give this guy a shot. I'm just throwing this out there. not a great way to show integrity. So Lucas if your out there I still have some work for you. I'm not against giving people another shot.
