April didn't ask what she should focus on and that was my first clue this would be a great massage. From what I've noticed a good massage therapist knows where to focus when they touch you and she knew where to focus. I like my massages deep with a lot of pressure. I work at a desk all day and Crossfit so I want my massages to get into those sore muscles. She hit points of my shoulders that were tight and my IT band.
