In June I completed a 36 visit regimen to help with sciatica pain and low back pain that prevents me from walking far. The treatments did cure my sciatica, and has doubled the amount of distance I can walk without terrible pain. Took my son for an X-ray & evaluation and received some rather interesting feedback. They presented him with a very costly treatment plan and we declined. After following up with his orthopedic and completing an MRI we were very glad we chose not to follow Integrated Health Solutions recommendations as the information they gave us wasn't accurate. I would advise anyone to get a second opinion before committing to a costly treatment plan here. Other than that, the staff is very nice and personable but so are most sales people. I often have knots in my shoulders and neck which lead to headaches. With stretching, traction, and Dr Miriam adjusting my neck, the pain is relieved. I've suffered from ulnar nerve entrapment or cubital tunnel syndrome for probably 10-15 years. The pain in my left arm hurt especially at night and has disrupted a good nights sleep for awhile now. I told Dr Mimi about it and she used her knowledge to adjust the bones around the ulnar nerve to relieve pressure and it worked! I have not felt this relief in so long, it just felt like a miracle. I was having severe elbow pain and so glad I came across this place on a random internet search. I called and they were able to get me in same day. I was amazed by the place. It is huge. When I found out I wouldn't be treated in my appointment for my pain, I was told they offer a trigger point injection which I gladly accepted. Dr. Mc Parland Is warm, thorough and compassionate. After 6 weeks of Physical therapy I was unable to do a push up due to shoulder pain. I gave up and accepted it. I mentioned it to her, she gave me a treatment and now I am able to do them. My original concern was arthritis in my back. I have been a veterinary technician for over 10 years and have unfortunately been involved in a few car accidents, so despite my age I have suffered with severe neck and back pain for my entire adult life.
