I explained the treadmill was cumbersome to move due to its weight, and that I was unable to help as a 62-year old who has survived a heart attack. We arranged for a time of "5-ish" and I waited outside for 30 minutes. Finally at 5:35 we left to get dinner. There was no call asking where we were, and I tried their number but the phone rang five times and stopped. It's now 1 hour 20 minutes after the supposed appointment, but I've heard nothing back from them I can't leave a rating, because there was NO JOB DONE!!

He explained wonderfully every aspect of the move. He gave what proved to be a very accurate estimate of how long the move would take. Another company I called gave an hourly rate but did not come to my place so had no idea what needed to be moved or how long it would take and thus how much it would cost. After speaking with Roger I was confident that all of my belongings would be handled in the most careful, professional and efficient way.
