Yet, they could not seem to cut his nails nor brush his teeth, yet they charged me for doing his nails. His nails are still long and uncut. I drove 30 minutes to them because I can't seem to find a decent groomer to save my life, and they asked me to bring him back tomorrow and they will try harder to get his nails done. I work for a living and do not have time to go back to a groomer twice in one week to get them to do what they should have done TODAY!!! So far, Mississippi TRULY sucks when it comes to pet groomers! This is the 5th or 6th groomer I have gone to. And these people let me down, too.

Dr. Byrd is a wonderful, caring, extremely knowledgeable, down-to-earth vet, accessible to us every time we had questions. Valerie, Birdie's therapist, has become truly special to us: how she responded and worked with Birdie, how Birdie responded and worked with her, and how Valerie interacted with us. This is a part of MSU Vet School; they could film Valerie working with her dogs and show it to vet students as a tutorial. The other therapists are also friendly and welcoming and seem to have excellent relationships with their dogs and their people as well. And Amanda in the office is a joy, funny, good-natured, competent, thorough, a wonderful management person with exceptional people skills. If it weren't for them, she would've suffered the whole weekend. Everyone was kind and courteous and extremely professional. They got us in right away and I was able to hold my cat, wrapped in a blanket, in my arms as she passed away. It was an incredibly special moment that I will never forget.
