He was really nice and instisted his guys would be profesional and are quite good at removals since i was moving all property to storage. Day of the move, 2 amateurs turned up and didnt have a clue. The broke my brand new headboard and draged my brand new matress on the ground leaving it stained black. Had to throw away. They even hid the broken headboard and matress so we wouldnt notice. Mike assessed the property and confirmed everything would be packed properly and would fit into the 100ft container. On the day, the guys just dragged and pilled the furniture and insisted i needed 2 containers!! Unfortunately, i was not in the country to monitor these amateurs and it was just my wife stressing on her own. She told the to leave since they were just rushing and left about 30boxes at home because of space issues. She ended up getting family to help pack the container and funny enough everything fit including the 30 boxes left at home which she had do do about 10 trips in her car. My wife emailed Mike the same day to express her disappointments and he stopped answering her calls and not even a reply to the emails. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY!! ABSOLUTELY RUBISH..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BEWARE OF DAN F.!!! We were moving from Denamrk to the UK, with a 2…read moreyear old and a 3 month old and I was recovering from a bad C-section. We requested quotes for a move with 2 movers. We were very specific that we not only needed to move our things, but 2 men to do the moving. Dan was extremely responsive up until we paid him a £600 deposit for the job. After this, we had almost no communication. When I finally reached him, he forgot that he had agreed to move us on the date discussed (which was all confirmed via email and well documented). I was trying to reach them for weeks leading up to the move with no response. One phone call was answered the day before the scheduled move and Dan told me he would call me right back, which never happened. We had no idea if anyone was coming to move us. The morning of the move, a man showed up with a truck. He had been subcontracted from Poland and spoke no English. After a lot of difficulty in trying to understand each other, we finally figured out that he was telling us he was only a driver and wouldn't move a thing. This was an absolute disaster. We had to call everyone we knew to rush over and help us load up the truck and watch the kids. When the truck arrived at our new residence in England, we were told to hand over the full amount of cash. We tried to reach Dan over and over again to discuss this. We were not willing to pay for a job that was supposed to be 2 movers when we had to do it all ourselves. We couldn't get through and the driver's boss told him to shut the truck up and leave with our things unless we paid it. Basically, we were screwed. We have two small children. We had no choice but to hand over the cash and get our things. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR ORDEAL.

Anthony from the company lacks the ability to organise work and punctuality is non existent. He just doesn't seem to care that he is causing upset to people wanting work done. He did turn up several hours late and do a great job on one day but never returned to finish what he started. We now have to do it ourselves. We will not be asking him to come back again or be recommending him. Today he was due to come at 11am. We waited until 12 mid day before calling and his phone was on answer phone. I left a message but no surprise he didn't get back to me. Very very very annoying. Perhaps you are in the wrong line of work!!!! Just so that you know he is full of excuses if you can get him on his phone but at the end of the day he just doesn't deliver. A very angry Mrs Wright
