Boxing Day late afternoon and Utter despair and panic with 14 family members arriving tomorrow and toilets backing up. No answer or call back from our usual tank company CJP Environmental.... They've lost a customer. Not only did Stubwood answer the phone but Adam called me back in 5 minutes after hearing the problem (he said he'd call back within 10 mins) and said they'd be with us within 90 minutes. My expectations were managed ..., it was Boxing Day afterall...., but imagine my surprise when they turned up WITHIN 60 MINUTES. I will never be using anyone else again. They are a brilliant, flexible, friendly team who went "above and beyond" to help me out and fulfill my requirements, keeping in contact throughout the course of the job and making sure I was happy with progress along the way. I couldn't find a single review, but Mum liked his manner, and the quote seemed reasonable, so we booked him. On the day, he was outstanding. I honestly can't recommend his Company highly enough. He had a small team of experienced guys with him, he was on time, had plenty of space in the lorry, was very careful with all of our stuff, and very efficient. He just made the whole day run smoothly. To add further value, he has a lovely way about him, which is just what you need in the middle of the bedlam of moving day. (We had a bad experience with a different storage company in the past that gave us really low prices to begin with then upped them after the 'offer period') Admiral gave us the use of a van free of charge to take our furniture into storage and free boxes. They made everything really easy for us and when we took our furniture out of storage they gave us a refund on the spot for all the unused storage days the other company made us pay for about 2 weeks after we'd taken our stuff out. This company seem really switched on they are upfront with everything so you know exactly what you're getting for your money, if I have to use storage again I won't hesitate to go straight back to Admiral Self Storage.

This company recently came to clean the carpets in the halls areas in the apartment block that I…read morelive in. The guy in charge seemed to know what he was doing and bossed around his assistant. I could actually hear him barking at her when I was closed in my flat! The block I live in took around half an hour for them to clean. They left the doors and windows open afterwards to help the carpets to dry out properly and although they were a bit wet, they did dry off quite quickly. They were very professional and I thought that they completed the job fairly quickly. They offer cleaning services for restaurants, landlords, construction companies and estate agents. The do not come too often as they do such a good job that the carpets seem to stay quite clean. Overall, they are a good company and I would recommend them.
