The first was experience with Jeff was for our daughter in August 2017 which I of course gave him 5 star review, guests and staff said it was the best wedding they have ever experienced. We wanted our son to use Jeff for his wedding but he was booked for that day. The DJ they had was just okay. When our youngest daughter was getting married she really wanted Jeff to DJ her wedding she was excited he was available for her date of April 10th. Because of covid she of course needed to reschedule for a later date but made sure she picked a date around his availability which was June 26th. Her wedding was at the Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium it was a beautiful setting but as far as the wedding coordinator, it made for a stressful wedding. Jeff really stepped up above and beyond what he was hired for, he acted as our wedding coordinator helping us in every way, as in instructing us in lining up for the ceremony (we had no rehearsal as promised) getting the bride and groom water and bringing it out side when they were getting pictures taken (record heat). He even went table to table asking if he could get drinks for our guests and even filled water glasses and so much more. He again made our daughters wedding wonderful. I don't know what we would have done without him. If you are debating on whether or not to hire him I promise you he will not disappoint.

I called to reserve a log splitter and specifically asked, more than once, when the 24 hour rental window started. The guy told me that it was from when I picked it up and went for 24 hours. So on Friday, we didn't rush to get it. When my husband got there at 11, they informed him it had to be back by open the next morning. If we had been told that, we would have picked it up at opening time. I called them to ask them to extend it for the promised 24 hours and they just said, sorry, they had booked it for Saturday and it had to be back. I told them what I had been promised numerous times over the phone, and the guy on the phone even confirmed that I had been told that, but, no, it had to be back by open the next morning. I asked what they were going to do to make it right and they said nothing. I asked if they would instead just charge us for a 4 hour rental and he said, sure, if we had it back in 4 hours! They are more interested in the extra few bucks for a 24 hour rental than in taking care of customers.
