We had to contact them to find out where our video was and why it wasn't done. They are very creative and passionate about their videos but lack a good business sense and professionalism.

TDC had family members from 13 to 85 on the dance floor, and friends from all corners of our lives (and the country, for that matter) dancing together like they've known each other a lifetime. And with good reason: the vocals, the instruments, the energy, EVERYTHING, was perfect. They also made sure the evening went just as planned--down to the minute--without a single hiccup. We needed some work done on our golf cart, and to my surprise I was immediately connected to the service department who asked if they could come to our house and pick the cart up right away. Even more impressive was the speed at which the work was done, and then, as friendly as can be, the cart was delivered back to our home (almost 45 minutes from their store) with a smile. A shout out to the team that worked on the cart and the kind gentleman, I believe his name was Phuong, who delievered it with care. They even polished it up while it was there. With their super friendly and helpful owner, Daniel Anderson, we got to see our entire lighting experience as a 3D visual electronic mock up, ask questions, and then experience it come to life at our event. Daniel never got annoyed or frustrated with our abundant questions and lack of knowledge and didn't let our budget stop him from creating magic. Day of our event he was professional and timely with plenty of composure and knowledge to assist our production team. He willingly lent a hand and his creative brain to ensure all aspects of our event went smoothly. He even brought a photographer who captured some amazing moments and shared them on social media for us to see and use! I can't recommend Stratum enough!!! We won't ever do an event without them and you shouldn't either.
