Cassie worked with us to customize our full planning package to be within our budget (meaning we didn't get all of the full planning services but most--and definitely the most critical). She met with us in person to work on mapping out our ideas and overall objectives, came with us on venue visits, joined us when we met our florist, found us the right photographer, and helped review all contracts. She even came along (her schedule and location allowed) to my hair and makeup trial since I'm her former life she did that too). She may have had some points where responses could've been quicker or we were a little late on receiving certain things, but I also knew that was likely since I couldn't be the only bride she'd be working with and would juggle priorities as needed. At the end of the day though, she really came through and went above and beyond. She was clutch! All of our vendors were so kind and fun--and amazing, and such great people.
