I was assigned a commission on Monday that was expected to be completed at the latest on Friday, but the client wanted to grab the print in hand by Wednesday to give the framer as much time as possible to frame. I made the mistake of going to a big box retailer for the last minute print, and when they brought it out... Oh, it was terrible. Oversaturated colors. The print itself was too dark. The material they called "photographic paper" was cheap and thin. It had smears and scrapes on the print surface. The black ink looked matte while on a glossy surface, and everything looked blurry. I was totally at a loss, so I paid and left, but ended up asking a client who referred me to Print NH who then took the job so close to them being closed for the day. Also, the print quality was phenomenal compared to that big box retailer -- the colors were on point, and everything was crisp. I was happy, and so was the client. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

She asked me where I was going. After confirming I was parking for another business she told me, "You can't park there." She basically told me I had to park across the lot, farthest from the entrance. There was no sign that requested this limitation. I felt spied upon, monitored, and talked down to. If this business wishes to run a professional operation, they should post a clear sign stating their request rather than having an employee watch people park and telling them not to park in unposted spots.
