I had emails saying otherwise, and gave them less money for the inconvenience of not having gotten the deep clean....plus having to deal with all the times they were late or too early. Another thing that irritated me, was when he called me, he talked down to me like I was a 2nd class citizen. I told him I wanted to be civil and be diplomatic. He didn't know how to do that. Not that this matters, but the cleaners do not speak any English, and it was impossible to communicate with them without having to call the owner.
