It was seemingly easy to book online, and I was also able to snag some tables and chairs to add to our rental package. I called the week of the party to confirm everything. It was pretty hard to get through and unfortunately, I got a phone call the next day saying that they overbooked and that we didn't actually have the inflatable reserved. Thankfully, I was able to find another one, but overall, I wish they would've figured this out sooner, as to not add more stress to party planning. It would have also been considerate to recommend alternative companies, rather than say that there was nothing they could do about it. Overall, I'm not saying don't book from this place necessarily, but be sure to follow up with them to ensure you actually have the reservation if you book online.

I told her I didn't have time to go over all of this again and that it wasn't fair for them to assume a Korean organization would have someone who speaks Spanish. I told her I thought she should have told me sooner and I would have gotten an interpreter - but to expect me to spend a full hour on this was not reasonable. The woman (edited - it's Wendy - she is mentioned in all of their bad reviews. the one good review they have is a fake one from her) got really offended - like I was being racist towards Hispanics- I actually think the expectation that Koreans need to learn Spanish is so out of line and it was racist of her to be offended that Koreans don't speak Spanish. Why doesn't she have empathy for people? She threatened to pack up the equipment and leave. It was such an unprofessional thing to do. We were nothing but kind and accomodating to last minute scheduling changes to them before and her reaction was such an overreaction and very immature. It was so unprofessional. This is a business. You cannot expect your customers to speak Spanish. If that's what you needed, you should have told me. Not freak out on me that I'm not willing to spend an hour with you.
