Terrible company terrible leadership Rob is a piece of work he lies lies and lies lies about the auto renewals lies about pricing lies about money to his employees under pays and over works employees with no breaks everything is done on a ancient tablet takes 10 mins to load any thing then u get in trouble if you use the tablet which you have to so make that make sense terrible people Joel and rob and the whole office organization is awful take advantage of there workers and the people they sell to by selling harmful pesticides that make it "green" fun fact your renewal is because it makes your lawn green then kills it next year so u keep signing up people real fertilizer is applied once maybe twice every 2-5 years overall terrible read more

Employee Review: Owners are liars, as an employee I was told I wont work on specific days, I would end up working those specific days anyway which was annoying. I was never allowed to take breaks either or Rob would call me and say things like "What would the owners think about the time gap?" which really upset me as well because that made me think the owners were dense, Which they were actually. I was lied to about money being returned to me from both Joel and Rob. Both at different times stated "The money is processing" or "You should see your money returned next week" Once I did some digging I found out the orginization was never processing my payment....So Weed Man actually lied to me and left me to work for them when I could have quit and found another job. Thanks to Weed man my finances are pretty much non-existant which sucks. lost minimum $1800 (closer to 19) there was a sirtuation where I was going a lawn and one of the owners was actually across the street, he spoke to me and said "Why are you wearing gloves? You dont need gloves for this?" Which is funny because on the bag it literally reads "Apply with gloves" so maybe the owners are dense? As an employee it was always hard watching all the bugs and slow moving animals suffer when the herbicide touched down. It sucks that the owners are either aware or dont care that herbicides are killing pretty much everything they touch, fast or slow. If you prioritize these terrible ass people/ terrible ass business/ having a green lawn over wildlife and or health I suggest you sign up and get that green lawn. Also call and ask or ask your law tech what is being used on your lawn..Ask them what the side effects are...Then look it up yourself...Some of these chemicals bind to those fat cells and pretty much eat away at you from the inside out overtime. read more

Jim was rude and condescending when speaking to my wife. When we had our first "service", the yard was only partially fertilized. The tech who fertilized the yard completely missed almost my entire back yard. I immediately called to cancel and request a refund since I had pre-paid for the year. They sent me a check in the mail (rather than refunding my card) for my entire amount minus $70. They are trying to charge me for a full service when they didn't even complete the job. If you want someone to speak to you condescendingly, then sprinkle some slow-release fertilizer pellets on *some of your yard, call Weed Man! ;) read more

Three times over the years, Weed Man left my gate open when they were done. Every time they called to say the service was coming, i'd say "shut the gate" so my dogs don't get out. The last time, my dog did get out. As I was out looking for her, I left a message for Weed Man to let them know I was searching for my dog because of them. Weed Man never followed up with me to see if I found my dog (I did). I just went to their office to cancel my service. read more

We have been using De Visser/Weed Man for 15 years and have been 100% satisfied with their services. Weed Man lawn services are far better than their competition. The only complaint I have is that I have to mow my lawn every three days because it grows fast and green !!!!!!! That's a great thing to have !!!! read more

We use a lawn service to care for our lawn and treat when the time is right. The crab grass preventer is the most important. I have called and had them out to re-treat my lawn at least 3 separate times. To this date my lawn is filled with crab crass and weeds. I have used other lawn services in the past with great success.....WEEDMAN is not one of them. I will never use their services again and would NOT recommend to anyone! read more

I've used Weed Man lawn care at my father's home for 4 years now. The lawn is thriving! There are no weeds and it is thick and healthy. Do not let these guys give you a free estimate or get your name and telephone number in any way, shape, manner, or form. They won't look at you lawn, just pitch you their services . . . about every few months for years, even after telling them repeatedly you're not interested. Keep in mind, they'll call from different numbers and at different times, and try to convince you to say yes, every time you say no. If you like hanging up on people who only talk and never listen, this is the company for you! read more

Expensive and not worth it. They told me they were expensive and that the service would speak for itself. We it did but i think it was whispering. They were very non-responsive when i called-emailed. I had questions and they never got back to me. When i signed up I asked specifically not to be pestered about grub treatment and similar services but they did it anyway. Give me a break, they are putting down fertilizer go with the cheaper one. If a lawn service doesn't call you back or didn't listen to you at least pay less for it. read more
