Our yard was very overgrown with a lot of branches laying around since the last mowing last year (which i did). They did multiple passes to cut it all down and did an excellent job. No longer notifying when he was coming or providing a set schedule. Attitude with my house sitter when he had to wait for the dogs to be brought in. Very rude with every email response which were asking for the advance notice or a schedule so I know when to expect him and inquiries about the large increase.
