I visited the shop during the holidays and happened to also be going thru some pretty dark times & I was in a bad place. I like this store, the service and product has always been on point. But on my last visit something out of the ordinary happened. I had placed an online order and had forgotten something so added it on and I was over my total but the guy was really kind and patient. It wasn't a like a big deal but I don't know if dude could just tell I was about to have a breakdown and was holding back tears, but when I was leaving he came from around the counter and just stopped me and sincerely asked "hey are u ok"? and I wasnt and just told him it had been a tough month. I felt like it was the first time someone looked me in the eyes and cared in a long time. That meant a lot and sometimes the smallest gestures can have such impact. But yes, back to the weed... I come here once a month for sleep gummies. I suffer ptsd and it rears it's ugly head at night. I've suffered since I was a teen. Gummies have been a miracle. I sing their praises. One gummy and I am relaxed and two hours later I am on my way to dream land. I sleep all night and I don't suffer the night terrors or anxiety I used to. No more laying awake all night in terror. Weedology is the the only place I have stopped into. They are quick, (unless you go on a Saturday) the staff is always friendly and the prices are the same anywhere you go. My step mom and I drive out from Boise while I was visiting so this was my first trip to Ontario and Weedology. There was a wait, as expected. But everyone was respectful of wearing masks and keeping their social distance. Once inside there as a small wait as well. The shop is huge, with a nice big lobby before getting into the actual shop. Their selection is fantastic, we had so many choices. Their menu is available online to peruse or they offer order ahead. There's no special like for ordering ahead until you get inside, so if you order online, you'll still need to be patient. But how for the real reason of leaving this review. Our budtender, Klu (I'm sorry, I don't know your preferred pronouns!). She was so knowledgeable and so friendly. She made sure we knew we had her undivided attention. I was finally getting my step mom her first pen and tip and Klu was patient and helped answer all our questions. She helped us find the best options and gave us some killer recommendations. If I lived in Boise, this would definitely be my go-to spot. read more

My 88 year old Grandmother and her boyfriend let me tag along for their second visit to Weedology. Our Budtender was very kind and spoke up so they could understand about the tincture and the difference between the different kinds. They gave my Grandmother's boyfriend received his military and senior discount. Staff were all wearing masks and socially distancing. We were there at 10:15 on a Thursday and it was not crowded. I would definitely go back. They also have lots of tshirts and stickers for sale. The menu is extensive and the prices are much cheaper than Massachusetts. read more

Visited 4 times. Screwed up my order 3 of those times, in multiple ways. Walked out the 4th time when they were out of all 3 menu items I came for. Take the extra 30 minutes to drive to Huntingdon, it's worth it. The ridiculously over-priced flower doesn't help, either. read more

But they made me wait in a huge ass line just to pickup my online order! It makes absolutely no since. Having never stepped foot in a dispensary before it was pretty chill. Aww the smells were amazing! I was relieved that the girl that helped me was patient and didn't rush me when I walked in 3 min before closing. She explained the laws to me and explained to me the daily limits. And then she went threw the list of products that they carried and helped to keep me with in the daily limit. After I smelled And asked all my questions I made my flower selections she totaled me up. Realizing only then that they don't take credit cards.. lol duh.. I ran out to the car to get some cash and remembered as I got back in to ask about seeds. Instead of having me run back out for more cash or hitting up the Atm conveniently located in the store. She gave me a discount. So deep it was as if she gave me the seeds! Talk about customer service! When I got settled in and took a good look at all my goodies, I saw that she actually gave me more flower rather then rounding down she rounded up my flower purchase but only paid for what I asked for. Wow that's like free bud! The store manager was super cool. Didn't blink an eye about me walking in just before closing and taking up so much time. He actuality asked about the laws in the state were I am from and gave me reading material's about the benefits. Walked me to my truck and made sure I was safe and that my purchase was where it needed to be as well. Explaining that even with the legalization that the package needs to be in a child proof package and away from the driver while operating a vehicle. I've been to two other dispensaries since then and not one has given me the information or treatment as I got here. read more

We placed an order online and got a text confirmation that our order was ready to be picked up. We drove over a hour to Weedology to pick up the order. We waited for 25 minutes for them to try and find our order that they misplaced and of course were understanding that things happen and things can be lost. They no longer had what we ordered, so the bud tender explained that he would discount a different strain for us, do to their mistake. Unfortunately, the manager came over and was incredibly rude to both my fiancé and I and made us feel stupid for their mistake. He informed us that he can't give us any kind of a discount nor made any attempt to make it right between. We took our business to Hot Box Farms where everyone was incredibly friendly and laughed at our story for how incredibly rude the Weedology manager was! I highly recommend Hot Box Farms and 100% will never be back to Weedology. read more

Ordered online. Dude that checked me out was too stoned or slow to put everything I ordered in the bag. So go with a printout on your receipt and make them show you everything in the bag before leaving because you can't take your phone out to confirm from your receipt on phone they won't let you have it out. Better yet go to Burnt River. If you call them you do not get a human and then the phone hangs up. Thanks for the stiffy that I didn't even get off on. I didn't have a horrible experience but I'm salty over a few meh experiences. Opening day- sure it was my choice to go and wait for 2 1/2 hours in line. Really disappointed that there were no grand opening deals happening that day. I brought my hubby back the next day and they had thrown on a grand opening special of 20% off. Cool, I guess. But kinda sucks I've wasted five hours of my life to save $12 on my second order. While I was waiting for more completion to come to town, I went several times. Every time, their numbering system was screwed up causing some sort of confusion amongst staff and customers and usually a longer wait time for the customer. I realize they have kinks to work out being a new business.. That's what a soft open is for. They felt the need to open first, therefor a reflection of all the issues is pretty evident. After going a dozen times, I just got frustrated and drove to Huntington. I have to add though, all the bud tenders I dealt with had great customer service. At least they have that going for them cause the seating is terrible. It has room for about 5-7 people to sit down...and the facility is not handicap accessible. Not a complete lost cause but they have some stepping up to do that's for sure. read more

I think all the stores are extremely expensive...because they can. Weedology has become quite disorganized without Kendal C there anymore. She was very knowledgeable on all the products and has excellent customer service skills. The website is not very easy to use now either. I've been going here every other day since open and have always had positive experiences and good value for bud. However, lately it is becoming just another dispensary. I always use their online order because of how many problems i ran into with tenders before and for a while it was much easier than flipping through their 12 page pamphlet because about 10 pages of it is irrelevent products and not bud. Anyway, I ordered a 1/4 oz for $60. got a text message that is was ready to pick up. I get there and they tell me they canceled the order....okay...and that theyre also suddenly out of the product...even though theres a jar of it staring me in the face. so i ask what deals they have or what they can do for me, the guy stares at me blank and offers TWO GRAMS INSTEAD for nearly $40...when i was promised a 1/4 of an oz... like theres just nothing that can be done lol...fuck this place there has to be a better dispensary read more
