But on my last visit something out of the ordinary happened. I had placed an online order and had forgotten something so added it on and I was over my total but the guy was really kind and patient. It wasn't a like a big deal but I don't know if dude could just tell I was about to have a breakdown and was holding back tears, but when I was leaving he came from around the counter and just stopped me and sincerely asked "hey are u ok"? and I wasnt and just told him it had been a tough month. I felt like it was the first time someone looked me in the eyes and cared in a long time. That meant a lot and sometimes the smallest gestures can have such impact. But yes, back to the weed... Nestled in beautiful Sumpter, the Nug' is a great stop for a scenic day trip. Manager Rex has a good handle on the employees; most everyone seems happy to help find product and answer questions! His customer service is some of the best I've ever interacted with. Their product selection is fair, and there are several ways to add discounts to your basket. I feared for my own safety with the guy and the woman checking me in to get my order. I have never felt so uncomfortable and scared in my life due to an employee. My SO is not one to mouth off to a stranger even on his worst day.. so I sure hope you have Cameras with voice recording... not only for what started that reaction but for the comments and threats to due physical harm to a stranger/customer by your employee. We used to make your store a regular stop on our travel through the area .. never again.
